Draco had been staying around you more. Not that you didn't like it. Pansy of course was getting jealous and was soon becoming an enemy once more. 

You were sitting around with Fred waiting for the others.

"(y/n), why did you flinch away from Diego when we were at the tree," he asked, facing you.

"No reason. I was just a little scared going up to the tree so it made me jumpy," you lied, faking a smile.

"You're lying. Tell me the truth," he sighed.

"I'm not lying I swea-"

"(y/n)."

With that, you started tearing up, "He hurts me Fred. I'm so tired of being abused. Help me."

Fred pulled you into a hug and cried a little with you. Once he was done, he rocked you while listening to you whimper.

Your name was called, not very nicely either. Your eyes widened and you quickly cleaned your face up and walked to him.

"What do you think you were doing? First Baxter and Harold see you snuggling into Dracos hand; now, I find you all wrapped up in one of the twins arms! You stupid, worthless, whore! What did I tell you?! You are mine. Not anyone else can have you. You stupid, worthless bitch. You deserve nothing. You are nothing. You aren't even worth my time, and that is saying something," he screamed in your face. Once he finished, he punched you in the face and just kept hitting. He sat on you so you couldn't move, and wouldn't stop.

All of a sudden, the fists stopped. You opened your eyes to see someone holding him but you couldn't make out who it was. You blacked out and woke up with Madam Pomfrey putting a cold rag on your head. 

"Can I leave," you asked, gripping the sheets. You were getting really tired of this place. 

"No, not yet. Your friends would like to see you if that's okay,"  she smiled at you. You just nodded and closed your eyes, waiting for the cries of Hermione and (b/f/n). 

"Hey (y/n), how are you," Harry asked.

"Better now that my face isn't being punched in. Fred, who helped me? I couldn't see," you asked.

"I did. He was smaller than me and he only got one good hit in," he smiled.

"Guys I'm sorry you have to get wrapped up in my troubles," you gave an awkward laugh.

"We get involved with Harrys stuff all of the time. Oh, Sirius Black is in Hogwarts," Ron completely ruined the sort of getting happier mood.

"Madam Pomfrey, I want out," you widened your sore and swollen eyes.

"Well, I guess you can go," she sighed, taking the rag off your head, "Go on now."

When you all were walking around, (b/f/n) beamed, "Guess who was expelled?"

"Hopefully Diego," you sighed.

"Correct," light was practically coming off her face. You lit up and brought her into a hug. "We did it. He's gone (y/n). He can't hurt you now."

'He can't hurt you' was the only thing going through your head (of course besides Sirius Black being somewhere).

I think I'm gonna keep these shorter chapters. They are easier on me. So I hope you liked!!
