Chapter 11

I sat there completely dumbfounded, he just kissed me and was totally cool about it. Maybe I'm being weird over thinking about it... besides... I'm sure him and X have done much more.. hehe...

Soon enough, everyone was just chilling in the living room, looking at their phones or talking upon one another. Me? Well, I must have been deep into thought because it seemed like Xander's voice calling me name snapped me back into reality.

" hey Damien " said X, sitting and some-what cuddling his fiancé. (Not sure how to spell that XP )

" y-yes?" I replied, GOD I'm so awkward.

" Wanna go to the mall in Sydney with me and kitten? Its pretty huge."

Mall?

Hell yea!

My tail started wagging by the time he was done speaking.

" I'd love to!" I said I little over excited, which caused X and Sky to chuckle. We all sat up and the moment we did, Sky's phone rang.

" oh... hey guys I gotta take this, give me a sec. " he said and exited the apartment. I could hear him say " hey Danae!" Right before the door shut.

Me and X stood and waited in comfortable silence, awaiting his return. But when he came back in, both X and I gasped in unison.

Sky's fur was messy and all over the place and he also had a slight cut on his arm. He also looked like he was angry. Really angry. You could see it in his eyes. He went straight into the bathroom after mumbling a few things to X. and me and X looked at each other in confusion.

Soon enough he came out and was back to his old adorable self. X asked him a few questions will I stood awkwardly next to X. And I have this really bad thing of spacing out when someone isn't talking to me. And I almost squeaked when I felt an arm wrap around me. I could tell it was X's because unlike Sky, he had green instead of blue, but a little darker than my green fur. And yet, knowing it was the husband of my really close friend, I relaxed and leaned into him. I felt me face heat up from sky smiling at me but, I didn't care.

" so.. what should we do today?" Asked X.

" hmm... not sure " said Sky, tapping his chin like a detective.

Did they seriously forget about the mall already??

" uhm... we could go the the mall?" I said with a little slang.

" perfect! " said mason, who scared me a little since well, I forgot he was here to.

We all scattered to get ready, so I went to get some jeans on but kept me favorite " foo fighters " shirt on. And my grey vans. And when I came out to the living room, I saw something I couldn't help but smile too.

Sky and X were play wrestling on the floor, sky giggling since well, X was obviously winning. I stood there and watched them for a few more seconds, letting out a little muffled chuckle. But as soon as they heard that, they stopped and turned to look at me.

" should we include him in this?" Sky asks X with a mischievous look.

Wait.....

What?

And in unison, they both nodded and lunged torward me, lightly but playfully pulling me to the ground with them. They both tag teamed while tickling me, and all I could do was helplessly giggle and laugh, being no match for the two. And when I opened my eyes from the laughing to hard, I ended up on X lap with sky sitting in front of us.

Before I could realize what was going on, X wrapped his arms around me. I tensed for a moment before reclining onto his chest. My face extremely hot but again, I didn't care. I kinda liked this.

Sky made the most cheesy " Awwwww " sound before pulling out his phone and snapping a picture. Making me blush more. And we sat there in comfortable silence until mason and Brandon came out, ready to go. So we all got up and headed out, waving bye to Silvia. ( X's mom)

When we arrived in the mall, or, " shopping center " as they call it, I was in awe on how huge it was. Mason and Branson split of pretty much the moment we got there. And soon it was just us three walking around aimlessly.

" alright, well, I'm gonna head off to look around. There's some cool stores I'd like to see around here. Plus, I'd like to give you two some alone time " I said. They both looked at me.

" you can hang with us if Ya want." Said Sky.

" no no, I insist. Is there a time we should meet up? " I asked.

" um... yea, about 1:30 in the food court for lunch. That good?" Asked X. I nodded and was about to head off before Sky approached me and gave me a kiss on the forhead. Jeez... I STILL feel like a kid around him.

I wondered through some stores and touched a few things like a bored child. But like most shopping malls, things here were crazy expensive. So I had no interest in actually buying anything. I walked passed many small stores and on the way, I looked at my phone and decided it was probably a good time to head back. And on my walk back, I saw something... weird.

A black Labradore retriever was sitting against a wall with two paramedics aiding him, and he didn't look too good. And well, I was taught not to stare so I just kept walking. But when I looked away, my phone rang. It was a call from X with his adorable self as his contact picture.

" yello? " ( yes, yello) I asked.

" hey Damien? Change of plans. Meet us at the front door, okay?" He said. His tone I bit of.... sarcastic happiness.

" um.... yea sure, on my way. " I said and hung up. Was he angry? At me? I hurried my pace and gasped to myself when I saw X, mason, Brandon, and sky next to the front door outside. But Sky had bruises and his fur was sticking out again. But it seemed like he was.... smiling. And Brandon and mason were chuckling. X looked... confused but.. kinda happy too.

" h-hey.... what happened?" I asked rather concerned. X turned to me. His face lightening up a bit.

" well.... sky and Jack got in a fight. Jack claimed he was gonna take me from sky but, he was proven wrong " he said

" Jack?.... wait, that black lab who wasn't looking too good back there?" I asked. X nodded.

" Sky put him in his place. And well... he deserved it " said Mason. Wow.... kitten?.... more like... cougar.

" so... why did we have to meet out here?" I asked, since it probably would've been easier to still meet at the food court.

" oh yea... well.... we've all been banned for a year since sky destroyed a store.. "

WHAT?! He.... oh my god.

X could see the surprised expression in my eyes and mouthed the words " I know, right? " mason and Brandon must've been watching because they burst out laughing. And soon me and X joined them. And Sky, who had been kinda pouting with his arms crossed, eventually joined our laughter.

" well.... now what? " asked Sky, clearly in a better mood.

We all thought about it for a minute, since it wasn't even 2 PM yet. And we couldn't go in the shopping mall.

" I know! A movie! " I exclaimed. Its been forever since I've went out for a movie. And what a better time than now? They all looked at me for a moment, surprised at the sudden energy before X chuckled.

" perfect, we'll let Sky choose the movie, yea?" He said, putting his arm around him. He giggled and nodded as we walked back the the car.
