what have I done

I leave my sisters dorm and walk the five feet to mine. i open the door and when i walk in i see Brandon sleeping on the couch. I know he is a light sleeper so i slam the door shut and he thankfully wakes up. i walk over to him and grab him by the collar.

"You better not hurt my sister or I swear I will beat the crap out of you."

"Ok,Ok, I won't I won't I can't hurt her."he says with fear in his eyes.

"I have worked way to hard keeping my sister safe for you to go around messing things up."

I let go of his collar forcing him back on the couch.

"she has had way to much to her and way to many people have left her-"

"What happened to her anyways, she wont tell me."

I feel a knot in my stomach.

"look im sorry she hasn't told you, her life has just been a living hell and its only getting worse. I just want to make sure she is OK. she is going to continue having these attacks and only i can calm her down but i guess i could show you how to calm her down just in case i am unable to come.

"Thanks."

" No problem."

" First things first you can't even look worried, scared, or anything like that you have to be calm and collected because if you show emotions she's sensitive and it can make the situation 10 times worse."

"can you tell me why this happens?" he asked

" I can't tell you why, but i can tell you her signs so maybe you can prevent it."

"WHY IS NO ONE TELLING ME!" he yells suddenly.

I am trying to stay calm but he is starting to really irritate me.

"Look what happened to her was terrible and she blames herself for it and she struggles with it so if you could please just not bug her about it and i can not stress enough how important it is that you watch what you say because anything can set her of."

I pause and think for a second about what I had said to her.

"I just cant and wont always be there for you."

"Oh my gosh. what did I do?"
