~ Ariella ^ ~

Cradling my knees to my chest I listened to my parents heated argument.

"She's an Omega the weakest wolf known to man." My father whispered.

"But do you think as a father you should throw her away Asias!" My mother shouted.

" She a disgrace to my Alpha blood and to this pack." My father growled.

I knew I was weak but it's not my fault. It was super rare for an Alpha to produce an Omega like really rare. From the time I came out of the womb my father thought of me as a disgrace. He didn't treat me differently from the rest of wolves but deep down I knew he held that disgust. My mother on the other hand loved me but around my father she would acted differently. She knew how my father felt about me how he looked at me said it all. I wasn't ugly I was quite beautiful if I say so myself.

I had brown hair that fell just above my butt , pale blue orbs with a hint of grey, and a creamy completion that reminded anyone of a snowflake.

"Ariella?"
My mother's voice broke me out of my trance shifting my gaze to my doorway I smiled slightly.
"Yes mother?"

Stepping into my room my mother made her way to my bedside.

"You should get some sleep." She said.

"Does dad want me to leave?" The words fell out of my mouth without me even realizing.

The question shocked my mother but she quickly hid it with an emotionless gaze.

"He's just having a hard time." By saying that she left my room.

For the sixteen years of my life she always told me that one line.

Resting my head on my pillow I allowed the darkness to consume me.

'BANG BANG'

Jolting out my sleep I stared around my room perspiration coating my forehead.

"Ariella get up now!" My father's voice bellowed outside my bedroom door.

My eyes flicked to my nightstand clock in horror . I had overslept. Throwing the floral duvet off my body I allowed the cold air to nip at my pale skin.

"I'll be right down Sir." I said.

Getting out of bed I quickly took a bathe and slipped on some clothes before sprinting down to the kitchen. The whole pack was there I quietly apologized for my lateness and began my usual chores. Today was the day that all the teen wolves started their first day of school. It was kinda sad to watch them all leave laughing and chatting with their friends as they headed back to school. Me I didn't have that privilege to go to school my father thought of it as a waste of time and money since I was of course an Omega.

Stepping out into the empty dining room I began to clean the table that was full of plates and left over food.

" Hey let me help you with that." My mother's elegant voice echoed through the large dining room.

Shaking my head I told her that it was certainly not necessary. Taking all the plates into the kitchen I started to wash them.

"Ariella?" My mother whispered.

Turning to my mother that was seated by the island placed in the middle of the kitchen I nodded.

" Your father is having a pack ball tonight and some very important packs are going to be there" She paused shifting her gaze to the island " your father doesn't want you to be there but as the only child you have to be."

I stared at her puzzled.

" Ariella you have to be presentable even as the lowest class of wolves you have to present yourself as the highest class." She whispered before turning and exiting the kitchen.

I know how my mother feels as a descendant of Alpha blood she didn't expect an Omega offspring. Turning back to the sink I continued with my chores.

It's was half passed three when all the teen wolves came back from their first day of school. Smiling and sharing experience with their friends they all piled into the game room. Me on the other hand was making my way to my father's study. Knocking lightly on the mocha colored door I waited for a response.

" Who's it?" My father's voice bellowed.

Shuddering slightly I responded.

" Me father." I squeaked.

"Come in." He said.

Stepping into my father study I took a seat in the chair located in the front of his mahogany desk. Staring at the floor I waited for him to give me the permission to speak.

"Go on Ariella." He sighed.

"Father I need a dress for the ball tonight." I whispered.

Taken back my father crossed his arms over his chest ,leaning back in his big cushioned chair.

" And may I ask who told you about this ball?" He asked his voice laced with amusement.

"Mother." I whispered.

Getting out of his chair he made his way around his desk to me. Grabbing my chin roughly he smirked.

" Ariella you cannot attend this ball. " He whispered his breathe fanning my face.

"But father as the only child I have too. " I said staring into those hazel orbs.

He knew I was right letting go of my chin he fished his credit card out of his back pocket.

" Nothing revealing and present yourself elegantly." He growled before handing me his credit card.

Scurrying out of my father's study I made my way back to my parents room. Barging through the door I met my mother laying on the king size bed flipping through the channels on the plasma placed on the wall in front of their bed.

" Mother I need some help picking out a dress."
