Haunted School!

They started heading for the school to stay the night. They could see Dom and Prime, who were already there.

"M-Maybe they won't show up." Muttered Prime.

"We're here, bruh!" Sam shouted as they came to join them.

"We're here and we're clear." Said Taurtis from behind. Dom and Prime looked at each other in confusion. Syd gave him an awkward look, "You probably shouldn't say that to Salex, Taurtis." She meowed. Taurtis looked at Salex, she was glaring, and he scratched the back of his head.

"It looks pretty spook, are you sure you nerds can handle it?" They all turned their attention back to Dom. Sam stepped up.

"I'm sure I can handle it, bruh!" He spat. Invader, who still can't see, stood behind Sam.

"I can handle it but I can't see it." She said. Well obviously, Syd thought.

"Dude, this is the mistake!" Taurtis yelped. Sam had almost forgotten about what the fortune teller told them about a mistake. Syd had almost forgotten too, and she, once again, released her famous terrified expression. Salex smiled at her and reassured her that everything's going to be fine. Syd believed her.

"What, you trying to chicken out on us, now?" Prime meowed, suddenly. Syd stepped up, gaining her confidence back.

"We're not trying to chicken out!" She hissed, grabbing Sam's paw, "We're going in the school, and we're staying over night!" She added, pulling Sam into a the school with her, followed by Dom, Prime, Taurtis, Salex, and Invader.

"I can see some purple now." Invader piped up, ruffling her golden fur. Syd remembered that Invader, apparently, went blind from the nacho cheese in Taurtis's Tauritos. Without warning, the bell went off. Wait, why did the bell go off, it's the middle of the night, Syd thought to herself. They all started heading to the left side of the school.

"I heard that the school is haunted ever since Teacher Gareth's death." Salex barked they turned their attention toward her. Syd got scared again after hearing what Salex had said and she tightened her grip on Sam's paw. Sam had sent Dom and Prime to go on the other side of the school, so that he doesn't have to deal with him. Prime pleaded for Syd to go with them, at first she refused, then she agreed to go because, they wouldn't leave if she didn't go. As they went, she kept looking back at Sam and the others.

"Let's go upstairs first." Dom suggested, and they started heading upstairs. Dom also got this 'wise' idea to try and break into Teacher Gareth's homeroom, which was all boarded up. They tried really hard to break into the room, through the window. They have been there for an hour until Syd heard footsteps heading up the stairs. At first, she thought it was a ghost, and her heart felt as if it was being ripped out of her chest. That is until, Sam, Taurtis, Salex, and Invader came up the stairs. Syd was relieved.

"What do you want nerds?" Dom growled. Syd gave him a look of annoyance. She ran up to Sam and smiled at him.

"We just wanted to see if you didn't scared and ran off!" Sam spat at Dom. Dom growled and continued to try and the window.

"What are you doing?" Sam asked. Dom turned towards him.

"I'm trying to get in!" He hissed. Invader found a way in through the boards blocking the door and she slipped through. Everyone followed. The bell went off again, Ok now it's getting weird, Syd thought. She had never been in Teacher Gareth's class because she joined the school in the middle of the year. Beside the desk, she saw a small stool and a rope hanging from the ceiling, she got creeped out. Sam dared Taurtis to stand on the stool.

"Hey look, I'm Teacher Gareth." They gasped.

"Dude! Taurtis don't even!" Syd came up beside Sam and stared at Taurtis in disbelief. Sam came up to a nearby chest.

"The assignment is still here, want me to read it?" He asked. Taurtis nodded as he got into his normal seat, Salex stood beside him. Syd shook her head but Sam ignored her. As he read the old assignment, it sent a chill down Syd's spine and her fur stood on end. She wasn't even in town when the class had Gareth, though it was still terrifying to think about the dead teacher. When he finished he put the book back in the chest.

"Did I scare you?" Syd immediately nodded, Taurtis justed stammered as he said that he wasn't scared. Suddenly, the bell screeched through the air and Syd nearly jumped out the window, though it wouldn't matter, she would land on her paws. Sam quickly put the assignment back.

"Nope." Prime hissed in the background. Sam quickly sat in his original seat, he looked at the window, his eyes suddenly went wide.

"Guys I see teacher Gareth!" He stared outside. Syd rushed to the window but saw nothing. "Sam are you trying to scare us?" He shook his head. Syd sighed and walked around the classroom, she went to the door and looked out. At first it was just silent, except for Sam's constant babbling about what he saw outside, then what Syd saw, terrified her. She saw a grey wolf with blue eyes, he was transparent, she can she through him. She yelped, which caught the others' attention.

"You were right Sam! We have to go!" Syd yowled as Sam came up behind her. They ran out of the room and down the hallway, as the ghostly spirit stalked toward them slowly. 

"That's impossible!" Taurtis barked. They ran up to the next floor and they all his in different classrooms. Taurtis, Salex, Sam, Invader, and Syd hid in the same room, while Dom and Prime hid in the room across from them. Sam peaked around the corner where Gareth had come up and he was then climbing up the next set of stairs to the roof. They immediately tried to escape by climbing down the stairs, until Sam dared Taurtis to go up the stairs.

"Ughhhhh!!!" Taurtis growled as he went up the stairs. Everyone else watched and went up with him and Sam. Dom decided to run up ahead of Sam and Taurtis. When they made it to the roof, Gareth was standing on the edge. Sam took a peek from the doorway, as Gareth turned around, his cold, icy gaze fixed on the group of teenagers. Syd stayed close to Sam and Gareth slowly began to walk toward them.

"Guys let's just leave!" Sam shouted, Syd was the first to go, followed by everyone else. They ran across the hallway. Sam went down the stairs with everyone behind him, Invader, who was still blind, jumped to the bottom floor. They immediately raced out the door.

"Wait, Sam, Dom's gonna win is we leave!" Taurtis barked, Sam stopped in his tracks and stared at Dom, who was smirking. Prime was standing on one side of him, while Syd stood on his other side, fur bristling.

'If I leave, Sam would win.' Syd thought happily. But before she could do so, the bell screeched again and Sam ran off, Taurtis, Salex, and Invader followed. Dom and Prime laughed at them, calling them names, while Syd just watched them go.

'This wasn't a very fun night.' She thought sadly.
