I wake up the next day still at my window, but it is closed now. It's monday so I have school.
I put on a leaf green long sleeved shirt, light brown pants, hiking boots, and a green backpack with gold designs on it.
After I was done I ran outside and left to school without eating or saying goodbye.
I walked into the classroom and sat down. Class had starred but I wasn't paying attention. I was daydreaming of a place were there are no responsibility, no sadness, and no adults.
"Rosie!!!" My teacher yelled.
"Yes." I said, partially still dreaming.
"Answer the question." She sighed.
"21!" I guessed, confidently.
"Correct!" She smirked
"Really?!?!" I asked, astonished.
"It would be...if this was math class." The SCIENCE teacher frowned. Everyone started laughing like crazy.
I turned around to the only person who wasn't laughing to see why. It was Jane, sleeping.
"Jane! Wake up!" The teacher yelled, once again.
"I need my beauty sleep." She grumbled.
I suddenly felt a burst of courage and Goofiness, as if I would be leaving so why not. "No you need hibernation."
"What!?!?" She yelled, jumping up.
"You heard me. Hey you know who Awesome ends with me and ugly starts with u." I laughed.
"By I should-"
"Wanna hear a couple of songs? Roses are red Violets are blue lemons are sour and so are you!" I joked.
"That's it!" She was about to launch herself at me when the bell rang.
And ran out like the wind, it was like I was flying. I stopped at the bathroom and went in. I went up to the mirror and saw something weird.
There was gold dust in my hair and all over me. I took some and saw it was sparkling. I finished getting it off of me and felt my courage and Goofiness die down to almost nothing.
'Weird' I thought.
I walked out and to the lunchroom. There were only two tables left, both half full.
I sat in the one next to the window. Immediately everyone there went to the other table, leaving my all alone.
I ate my lunch in peace until I had an urge to look out the window.
I quickly turned to it to see a shadow of a boy and more of that glowing gold dust disappear.
"What the.." I mumbled.
I was about to investigate when the bell rang, signaling to go outside.
I ran out only to come to a stop when Jane went in front of me.
"Hey sis.." I muttered. She ignores me.
"You got to tell me a song before so i want to return the favor." She smiled a sickeningly sweet smile before starting. "Roses are red Violets are blue. Karmas a Bish and so are you!"
The next thing I know, I am on the floor with a huge red hand Mark on my cheek.
"When you get home, It's going to be the worst ever!" She snarled before sauntering away.
I turned to run away just to see the shadow and glow hide again.
'What is that?" I thought, running in the opposite direction of it.
Timeskip
I got home and dad wasn't there. But Wendy and Jane sure were.
"What is this I hear about you hurting Jane's feelings!" She yelled, smacking me right where Jane had.
She continued to beat me until I cried, then once again dragged me to my room by my hair.
I lied down on my bed crying, after finishing my homework at about 7. I was about to fall asleep when I heard Jane talking to someone in her room which is across from mine.
"Peter, it's so great to see you again!" She told someone.
'Who's Peter?' I thought as I cleaned my face and walked out my room, about to open Jane's door.
