"Allison! Get your little butt out of bed. We have to finish packing." Calls my mother.

I move my bruised and grazed body out of bed and walk to my wardrobe. I pull out a jumper that is miles to big for me and a pair of jeans, I grab my towel off the end of my bed and make my way to the bathroom.

"Did you really think we wouldn't find you?"

"You're such a horrible person."

"You're so fat and ugly! You should just kill yourself."

The voices of girls from school crowd my thoughts and mind.

"Get out of my fucking head!" I scream.

*knock knock*

My mum knocks at the bathroom door. I freeze hoping she doesn't come in.

"Allison, hunny. Are you okay?"

"I'm fine mother." I sigh.

"They can't hurt you anymore baby, I promise." Says my mother behind the door.

"I know mum" I pause, I can feel the tears welling up in my eyes.

"I'm going to shower now." I say.

"Okay darling, be quick though. We have a long drive ahead of us." Says my mother.

I hear her walk away, I turn on the shower. The warm water feels like lava on my my bruised and grazed body. I stand up and grad my blades. I make three parallel lines across my wrist, I don't know why but self harm is also my escape.

I turn the taps off and hope out of the shower. With my towel wrapped around me, I look in the mirror. The bruises on my eyes and the cuts in my eyebrows hadn't gone or faded yet, the grazed, red and bruised shoe print on my rib cage haven't gone either.

"Allison sweety, you need to hurry." Say my mother.

"Coming." I say while rolling my eyes.

I quickly get changed and chuck my hair up in a messy bun. I put some light make up on and go to my room to get my bags. I take my things to the car and wait there for my mother.

My mother comes and we begin our 9 hour drive to New York.
