The letter

"Harry." I say.I pause the move and turn to face him.

"Ally?" He's say confusing.

"Dad wrote me a letter." I say pulling the unopened envelope out from under my blanket.

"Open it." Says Harry.

"I can't..." I say. "Harry --

"Of course I can." Says Harry kissing me on my forehead and taking the unopened envelope from hands and reading it.

Dear Moo moo, if you're reading this you are now 18 and I am no longer able to be there to celebrate with you. I am so proud of you and the women that you are, for sticking up to the bullies and for always putting your happiness first but for also always being their for me and your mother, even when things got tough for us. I want you to know that none of what happened between me and your mother had nothing to do with you, it wasn't your fault and you were not the reason it happened. Baby, things change and sometimes things don't work out how we wanted them to. I loved - I love your mother very much and she will always be the love of my life but we just didn't have that spark anymore // I love you Allison, and I hope you realise just how amazing and special you are. I want you to know that just because I am gone now, that doesn't mean that I'm not looking down on you. I'm sorry I couldn't be here for you're 18th Moo moo.. I'm sorry that we can't pick and choose when cancer comes and picks at us until we are nothing but skin and bone. I hope you're having a wonderful day my beautiful little girl and that you are finally happy with who you are. That you have stopped hurting yourself over silly, little insecure girls that have nothing better to do than play on people's emotions and silly little boys that only want parts of you and not YOU. I love Allison Elizabeth Banks and nothing can ever change that. I want you to know that I am so proud of you for keeping your promise and making it to 18 Moo moo, and for proving everyone wrong. Please be happy baby, I can still remember your face when me and your mother got you your first pet dog, arh, smooch. He was such a cutie and seemed to be the one thing that made you smile. I'm sorry for not being around as much as I should've been, but things were hard for all of us sweetie. I hope you have a good day and spend this money well okay.

"Uhm Ally." Says Harry as he pulls out what seems to be about check. My fave drops.

"Ally, you are now a millionaire." Says Harry.

"You're kidding me." I say sarcastically."that's a good joke baby." I say.

"I'm not joking babe." Says Harry as he turns the check around to face me.
