Chapter 22 : Its a Boy!

Normal POV

Natsu stood up and walked toward Erza. "Well a while ago, me and Lucy when to another town for a mission. Lucy was pretty far along in the pregnancy, but she said she could handle the mission. "

"All she had to do was watch a cafe. I said I'd go with her. Luckily I did cause some guys attacked, but don't worry Lucy didn't get touched. She started coughing while we were there though. At first we thought it was just a cold but the symptoms started getting worse. "

"Dr. Porlyusica said that Wendy can't use healing magic because it could effect the baby. But once the baby's out she can fix her right up. But she also said that... Well there a possible chance the baby is sucking up her magical and non magical energy."

Natsu walked towards her. He wrapped his arms around her and hugged her tightly. "N-Natsu?" Erza asked softly. "Thank you Erza, for protecting Lucy and staying with her. Im grateful really." She smiled.

"Of course Natsu." She said patting his back. Natsu pulled away from the hug and smiled. "So where's the food.?" Erza sweatdropped. "Really Natsu, really..?" He already took off running to the fridge.

Erza sat down and talked. "So did you get rid of E.N.D.? " Natsu nodded. "Apparently I did the spell wrong, so Mavis said it correctly. But then she had me do constant trials of using up all my magic energy. She said she was worried that it would reactivate if I ran close to zero energy."

He told stuffing his face. "Ahh that's very smart of Mavis." "Ahhh Erza!!!!" They heard Lucy scream from her room. Erza ran in. "Lucy what's wrong!?!" Lucy sat up panting. "I'm so sorry, I had a dream. Natsu had came back, but it was just a dream, I'm sorry."

She said looking down at her belly. "Hey who said it was a dream Luce~?" Lucy lifted her head with tears in her eyes. "Natsu... You're really back? I'm still dreaming?"

Natsu laughed and sat next to her on the bed. "No Lucy it was never a dream." She smiled brightly. "So you know?" Natsu placed his head against hers. "Yes silly, we already talked. But seems you forgot." She giggled.

"I'm sorry Natsu" he shook his head then leaned in to kiss her. She gladly accepted the kiss. "I really missed you Natsu" "I know I'm sorry." She smiled again and stood up. "So Lucy, how much longer till I can see the baby?" Natsu asked staring at her belly.

Lucy giggled then answered. "Well I'm about seven months along, and it takes a good nine to make em." Natsu stared at her confused. "Okay Natsu, 2 months okay?" "Yeah, sure" Erza walked over to Lucy and hugged her. "Good bye Lucy, Natsu. I'll be on my way out."

"Thank you Erza for helping me with everything you'd make a good mother your self" Lucy smiled. "Maybe a scary one... Haha but really thanks for protecting and helping my Lucy." Erza smiled and packed her things.

Over the course of the next two months.

"Goodmorning Lucy" Natsu said kissing her cheek. "Goodmorning mini me and Lucy" he said kissing her belly. "Hehe Natsu stop" Lucy giggled. "Hey, we need to pick out two names." Natsu raised an eyebrow "why two?"

Lucy sighed and rested her hand on his shoulder. "Because silly, we need a girl name and a boy name. We still don't know the baby's gender." "Oh yeaaa" Natsu jumped out of bed and ran into the bathroom to shower.

Lucy waddled her way into the kitchen to make breakfast. "Aahhh..." Lucys eyes widened. "Natsuuuu!!!!" Natsu ran out of the shower naked. "What's wrong!?!?!?" He yelled worried. "Gya!!! Clothe your self! And hurrrryyyy." She grunted holding her stomach.

In second Natsu had pants on "okay what wrong?" "Natsu water broke, baby coming!!" She cried out. "Baby coming? BABY COMING??? What do I do!?! We need to get Dr. Porlyusica!!" Natsu picked Lucy up and laid her one the bed. He told Happy to go get the doc and fast.

At speedy speeds they arrived back. "Hang in there Luce." Natsu said rubbing her hands to calm her. "Okay Lucy, time to be strong okay? One two push!! One two push!! Natsu call Wendy she needs to be here to heal Lucy as soon as she gives birth."

Happy left once again to go get her. Lucy squeezed Natsu's hands to the point where they were almost purple. "Don't worry Lucy, squeeze as hard as you need too." "Gahhh it hurts!" She cried. "Come on child, one more big push!" Porlyusica yelled in a calm way.

"Waaaahh!!!" The cries of a new born child filled the air. "You did it Luce!" Porlyusica cleaned the baby and wrapped it. "Here's your baby boy" she smiled handing the baby to Lucy. Lucy started to cry holding her child in her arms. Natsu teared up seeing the scene.

"Hey there" she gently rubbed her hand across his little chubby cheeks. "Looks like we got a little Natsu" she giggled. Taking a closer look Natsu noticed. "Look Luce! He's got your blonde hair and my spiky hair!" He exclaimed happily.

"Natsu , Lucy. What's that child's name? I need to fill out the birth certificate." Natsu looked over at Lucy who nodded he smiled. "Okay his name is Aki Tatsu. {AN:// Aki-bright, autum : Tatsu- dragon} Natsu walked over and sat next down next to Lucy.

"Hey there Tatsu, I want you to know how much mommy loves you" Lucy said kissing the baby's head. Natsu was looking at the baby kind of titling his head. "Natsu do you wanna hold him?" He nodded his head slightly.

Lucy handed him the baby and told him how to hold him. Natsu gently held him, he put a finger up to caress his cheeks. When he did Tatsu grabbed his finger. Natsu gasped and looked at Lucy smiling. Natsu went over and kissed Lucy happily.

"We're a family now" he hugged her with one arm. Porlyusica came over and took Tatsu and started doing some typical checks. Natsu turned and his eyes opened in horror. Lucy was was shining and slowly disappearing.

"Lucy!!" He ran over to her and grabbed her hands trying to hold down. "Lucy what's happening!?!" He panicked as he started to cry. She held his cheek in her hand and whiled his tears. "Natsu... Please..do-don't cry..." She stuttered out. "Lucy don't leave me, we've been apart to long" "I'm sorry Natsu... I love you so much.... Take care of our baby." She cried as she slowly vanished into thin air.

Natsu stood in shock. He stared at the empty bed, tears flooded his eyes. "Why, why. Lucy is this how much it hurt when I left you. I'm so sorry, I so sorry" he cried. "Natsu-San..." He turned to see Wendy crying and panting.

"I'm so sorry!! It's all my fault" Natsu went and hugged her. "No it's not Wendy, it's okay shhh"

"wahhhwwaahh!!!" Loud cried filled Natsu's ears. He looked over to see Porlyusica holding Tatsu. "Natsu, comfort him" Natsu gently held him in his arms.

Tatsu stopped crying and yawed, he nuzzled into his blanket. Natsu smiled, as he did tears fell from his eyes. "Hey Aki.. It's just gonna be us now" he sniffled and cuddled up to him. Wendy peeked in the blanket. "Ahh! He's so cute! What's his name?"

"Aki Tatsu" "that's so cute." "You wanna hold him Wendy?" Her eyes lite up "can I?" He nodded and slowly handed him to her. She cradled him and rocked him, humming a song. Natsu watched and thought to him self.

'Of Luce, how can I do this with out you. I need you, I can't stand the feeling of not having you in my life.."

But really I feel this story is starting to come to an end in the next couple of chapters.

I'm sorry the main chapter are always disappearing. And the story feels kind of repetitive.
