"Gio" she said again as if she was breathing her last works

"Your back?" he asked with a blank expression on his face, like he didn't care what so ever. His eyes looked darker then usual and that made me wonder.

"I moved back, I'm starting at school tomorrow" she said with a small smiled

He looked at her blankly and turned to me "lets go" he demanded "Gio we need to talk" the girl yelled out as Gio was leaving, he turned around to her and his fists balled up, his eyes turned even darker and his face turned red. "About what!" he almost yelled. She flinched and looked taken back but came back to her self within seconds. "Us Gio" she said starting to walk to Gio "there is no us" he spat. "but there was, and I want it back." She demanded "there never will be a us again" he looked at her with pure disgust.

I stood there watching all of this confused. I didn't know who she was, I have never seen her. From the way they are talking and what they are talking about, I'm guessing its his ex.

"Gio" she breathed out again. "Victora! There is no us, and there wont be ever again. You lost all my trust after you cheated on me!" he yelled

I could see the tears ball up in her eyes "I didn't mean to I was drunk----"

"yeah, yeah I was there I saw and I heard. I don't want anything to do with you. Leave me and alone, I have a girlfriend now and I'm happy!" he yelled

whoaaa pause for a second. He has a girlfriend who? Am I missing something, since when does Gio have a girlfriend. I think his talking about me. I think I need to help him out right now.

"yeah and who is this girl? Who is the girl that would want to be with you the egoistic bad boy" she practically yelled

"me" I said stepping up raising my hand, Gio looked at me shocked for a second and then smirked.

"and for your information Victoria" I said spitting her name. "Gio is a amazing guy, and if you ever, I mean ever insult him again, or come close to him every again, I swear on my life I will cut you in half" I threated

I saw Gio smirk at me from the corner of my eye, but I was to busy glaring at this girl as she glared back "fine good luck, his a pain in the ass anyways" she said turning around, "I don't need your luck!" I yelled as I watched her walk away.

I turned around and stormed off to the car. Who the fuck does she think she is acting like that, acting as if she knows better, as if shes better. She has no right to come and insult me telling me I need luck to deal with Gio. I can do it on my own, I don't need her stupid luck.

I was so busy thinking and walking when I didn't realized Gio was running behind me screaming my name "KATYYYYYY" he yelled "what" I stopped and turned around "fucken speedy I swear" I looked at him still waiting for what he wanted, yeah I stood up for him but I still wasn't in the mood to deal with him, plus he called me his girlfriend what was all that about, we aren't even dating.

"thank you for standing up for me back there" he said bending down to look at me "no problem, can you take me to Wal-Mart?" I asked. I knew exactly what I needed to do to take my mind off things.

He looked at me confused but nodded. We drove to Wal-Mart, I walked in and grabbed 3 spray paints, blue gold and black. I went up to the cashier "your paying" I said to Gio, he smirked and paid "where now?" he asked as we walked to the car "home." I demanded "your not going to the house?" "home please"

I was going, but alone.

We drove home, once we got there I walked inside to get my keys "hey honey, how the appointment go? What they say about his hands?" my dad asked as he saw me "ask him, I'm going off for a little" I said grabbing my keys "I'm not bailing you out of jail again Katy this time you'll stay over time if you get caught" "geee thanks dad" I said and walked out

Gio walked in "where you going?" he asked as we crossed, I didn't say anything and walked to my car "give her time" I heard my dad say.

I got into my car and I was off. I was mad? Sad? Upset? Pissed? I don't know what I was but I knew I was not okay. Maybe it was that time of month, maybe it was the fact that my brothers birthday was coming up? Maybe it was the fact of what happen today? All I knew is I felt tears.

I started to wipe my tears, when I saw a bright light coming at me, all I could think was Gio. He was honking I swerved to the side, and felt as my body went numb and I watched as I hit the tree, it all went slow motion. My car, oh god. Bright lights started to show before my eyes, I couldn't feel my body no longer, I putted up my hand to wipe my head and looked at it, blood all I could see was blood tell everything went black and the last thing I remember was someone screaming

Gio Pov-----------------------------------------------

"Where you going" I asked as she rushed out the door, she didn't answer what the fuck, "give her time" I heard her father say I nodded "thank you sir" I said, he nodded "she's hard to deal with but I promise she's worth it" he said calmly.. I needed to tell him. I needed to tell him I was in love with his daughter I need him permission yeah I don't sound like a badass right now but that's how I am. I'm am a very old style guy the whole ask her father before you ask her out is very important to me. I didn't do it with the girls I slept with but Katy was different she was important to me.
"Sir can I ask you a question?" "Ask away" he said sipping his orange juice.
"I'm sorry if this sound wired but it's the truth." I took a big breath "I'm in love with your daughter and would like your permission to ask her on a date" I said looking down

"Son you have all my permission I can see the way you look at her and how happy you can make her. I see the way she cares for you and you care for her. Son I give you permission but don't get me wrong if you hurt her, I will I mean it I will kick your ass so hard you will be in the hospital for weeks" he said turning all fatherly "thank you sir" I said happily. He nodded and walked out as I walked up stairs to play some Cs Go.

"She's in the hospital, Gio!!" I heard her father yell as I played Cs Go. I jumped up and ran downstairs "what" I yelled "lets go I just got a call saying shes in the hospital, she has been in a accident" I ran to my car and started it and rushed to the hospital

oh god no this cant be happening I cant lose her, god I love her, I cant lose her right now I need her. I need her. "Katy please make it" I shouted as I hit the steering wheel "I cant lose you too" I whimpered as tears streamed down my eyes

I got to the hospital and ran inside I ran up to the lady "welcome back sir" "Katy Katy Mendoza!, where is she" I yelled, she checked her computer and looked up "she's in surgery, she's in really bad condition, please take a seat its going to be a long surgery"
