The next morning you can hardly contain you excitement. You live next to Dan and Phil. DAN AND PHIL! You're scrolling through Tumblr fantasising different scenarios where you meet them when suddenly you hear a loud knock at your door. You open the door to see Phil staring straight at you excitedly.
You stumble over simple syllables as you try to come up with something to say,
"I - Err - Uh - H-Hi", you stutter awkwardly
"Hey I'm Phil, and this is Dan" he says, gesturing to Dan who is slumped against the wall scrolling through his phone, "Dan! Be social!"
You manage to stifle a giggle as Phil looks crossly over at Dan.
"Oh Hey, yeah I'm Dan" he says not looking up from his phone.
Phil still looks vaguely annoyed as he turns back to you and says, "We are your new neighbours" he beams.
"Hey, I'm y/n" you smile back at him.
"Here", Phil says holding out a crumpled piece of paper, "Thats our numbers if you ever need anything".
He smiles at you one more time before turning around and walking back to his apartment, dragging Dan by his arm.
You slowly shut the door and jump up and down excitedly. That did NOT just happen!
You open out the piece of paper and type in the two new numbers into your phone.
You hear the door to Dan and Phil's apartment close and you can hear them arguing next door;
(Dan Phil)
What do you think your doing?!
I'm getting a coffee...
You know what I mean! You can't be social for one minute to talk to the pretty girl next door!
She was pretty?
Thats not relevant!
You just sai-
NOT RELEVANT!
Ok whatever - I'm sorry
You decide that you probably should stop listening into their conversations and decide to go on Youtube. You pick up your phone and send a quick text to Phil
Hey It's y/n
He quickly replies;
Hey! Whats going on?
Youtube finally loads and you click on Caspar Lee's latest video.
Nothing much, I'm just chilling watching youtube :) x
So your new here right? New to London
You smile to yourself and quickly reply
Yeah, I moved here yesterday
So do you maybe want me and Dan to take you on a tour of London sometime?
You almost scream out loud before realising your walls are so thin that he would probably hear you and cancel.
Sure! are you free tomorrow? :)
Yeah! Awesome! We'll pick you up tomorrow at like 11? x
Ok great!
What?! Are you seriously going on a tour of London with Dan and Phil? THE Dan and Phil?!
You quickly try to compose yourself as you hear Finn closing the front door.
