"By the way, I organized a party and its' gonna be this weekend. Please come" He said after he stopped the car - the saab in front of our gate.
He insisted on escorting me home, afraid that I might hurt myself again. I shook my head thinking that he's just overreacting.
I opened my mouth to answer but my gaze fell on his lips with an anticipating smile. Then he twitched it that I can't concentrate.I looked away.
"I'll think about it." I said and went out of the car.
...
for the next four days, Grey kept on reminding me about the party and he keeps on insisting that I should come.
I put down my phone after reading another message from him.I stared back at the computer.
"Dean are you coming?" Sherry asked as she collected her things to head home
"where?"
"Grey's party of course."
I sighed. "I don't know. maybe not."
"You know if I were you, I should come. I won't dare miss the fun."
"Sherry, its you not me."
She let out a sigh of dyoefeat. "fine, i won't argue but still you shouldn't miss it." She said and head out.
I stared blankly at the monitor and realized that I'm the only 1 left in the Port. I saved my work and Shut off everything.
I was astounded to see Grey leaning on his saab. he removed his ray- ban glasses upon seeing me and flashed his overwhelming smile.
" there you are I've been waiting for you." he said as he walked towards me.
" what are you doing here?" i asked. "Aren't you supposed to be preparing for your party tonight?"
"Actually, everything's ready and pertaining to your first question, I am here to collect you." He said with his hands on his pockets.
"And why is that? I am sure I can handle myself." I said and started walking away.
"Oh no no." he stopped me. "You don't walk away from me." He said in command.
I raised my brow at him.
He chuckled. "I came here to make sure that you'll attend the party."
"What? Are you nuts? What if I don't come?"
He grinned. "Well, I'm priviliged to inform you that you have no choice but to come with me."
I glared at him. "you can't force me." I said.
"really?" He challenged as he stepped closer that made me step back. "What if I tell you that whether you like it or not, you'll have to come or I'm sure as hell I'm gonna carry you to the car by hook or by crook." He smiled confidently.
Ugh!
"You're impossible!" I retorted and got stomping my feet as I walked towards the car.
He just chuckled. "Good choice Dean."
I rolled my eyes.
...
I was dumbfounded to find myself as teh first person to arrive in his house. But after anhour, it was already crowding with people mostly from school.
Nicki Minaj is talking about Starships as people dance to its beat.
"So, you did come." Pamela sat beside me, sipping some sort of liquor.
