New Struggles:

Chapter 1

Julie's P.O.V

"So are you girls excited for your upcoming tour?" Our interviewer, Rachel, from Hot Seat asked.

"Good, it's a little nerve racking since this is our first tour by ourselves and a live band, but it'll be fun." Destinee laughed.

"So how have the fans been?" Rachel asked.

"They've been amazing, and tell us how excited they are to finally see us in concert." I let a smile rip my face in two.

"So when will we be hearing the full album, instead of just the EP?" Rachel giggled.

"The full album should be out sometime this fall, if everything goes as planned." Destinee smiled. "Well I can't wait to hear it." Rachel gushed.

"Well we have some questioned from Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr here for you." Rachel said reaching for the papers on the coffee table in front of us.

"Oh cool." We mumbled, giving each other the same look.

"We have Jane Davis from Facebook, and she was wondering how'd you girls met each other?"

"We met back in the 6th grade, 5 years ago. We had art, science and English together and from there we became really good friends. We decided to do the X factor just to really see if we could just get a yes, but we ended up going all the way to 2nd place." I smiled at the memories that came flying back.

As soon as we wrapped up the interview and said goodbyes, we were swept away to this magical yellow dressing room, filled with snacks, drinks, and magazines decorated the tables and counters. We plopped down on the couch as, Alex, our manger, came strolling into the dressing room.

Alex's cool, he's like a father to us. He's astonishingly tall, standing at 6'4'' I think. He's really muscular, with brown styled in his usual short Mohawk, with blue eyes and ray ban glasses to top it all off.

"Hey girls, how was the interview?" Alex asked glancing up from his tablet, scrolling through something on it.

"Good, as usual." Destinee chirped in.

"That's good, but here's the plan for tonight. We have about an hour until the jeep picks us up to take us back to the apartment complex. Once we get there we have a few hours to rest until we need to shopping for the Brit awards tomorrow at seven o'clock." Alex read off our agenda.

"Okay, it sounds good." Destinee muttered.

"Alright, I'll leave so you ladies can change and do whatever you need to do." Alex smiled and showed himself out of the dressing room.

"How are you doing?" Destinee asked as she made her way to the pile of water bottles.

"As well as I can." I mumbled, smiled weakly.

"Are you sure? I'm worried about you." Destinee said, with worry laced in her voice.

"I'm fine, really. I'm just making it by, one day at a time." I gently gave her knee a reassuring squeeze. "Okay then how's your OCD and anxiety?" She questioned, sipping on her water.

"How's yours?" I retorted.

"My anxiety is great actually, but how's yours?" Destinee continued to ask. No getting out of this one.

"Terrible." I said softly, staring down into my lap.

"Have you been taking your medicine?"

"Yes and No," I stared at her guiltily. "No as in, not regularly."
