Chapter 7: Ernest and Doris

Louis' P.O.V

I've been texting Ni the whole time i've been waiting on an update about mum and the twins. Lottie is passed out on my lap.

*Ding*

My phone went off, it was Niall again.

"How long has it been now?" ~NiNi

"It's been about like 7 hours." ~Lou

"She's going to be okay Lou. And so will the twins." ~NiNi

As soon as I was about to text Niall back the doctor came into the waiting room.

"Lottie wake up." I told her as I shook her.

"What's going on Lou?" You could tell in her voice that she was extremely tired.

"It's Mum's doctor." I jumped up as soon as I could.

"Are you Johannh's kids?" He asked.

"Yes. Yes we are. How's my mum? How about the twins" I frantically asked.

"She's doing good. And the twins are okay, they're stable they just need some time they're still a little soon. A boy and a girl." As he said this I felt all the weight come off of my chest.

"Can we see her?"

"Yes, but you have to be careful of her stomach. Your mum had to go into an emergency C-section."

I could see that Lottie was starting to cry. "It's okay Lottie. Mum will be okay without that mum wouldn't of been okay."

"Okay. Can we go see her now?"

"Of course Lottie." We stared to walk back to the room and as soon as I was about to walk into the door Niall texted me.

"Hey babe. I know you're family is going trough a hard time. We all love you Lou. But most of all I love you out of us all. You're the light of my life and I don't want anything to ever happen to put you or your family's lives in jeopardy. Your mum is going to be okay. Text me when you're updated." ~NiNi

I know this might sound bad but I left him on read. I need to go see me mum.

When Lottie and I got to the room we stood there for a moment, thinking of how different mum would look. We took a deep breath before walking in. We finally walked in, mum laid there covered up with the hospital blanket and on each side of her was a cart, one contained the baby boy and the other contained the baby girl.

"Mum?" I spoke out

"Lou, where's your sister?"

"I'm right here mum." Lottie said.

"Come here you two, meet your brother and sister, Ernest and Doris."

"Awh they're so cute!!"

You could see by the expression on Lottie's face that now she was okay, no longer worried about mum. Seeing mum made me feel better too. Seeing the twins made me miss when Lottie was a baby, but she's all grown up now into the beautiful young woman she is. They'll one day be as beautiful and as handsome as us.

I walked over to the chair on the other side of the room and sat down. I pulled out my phone and texted back Niall,

"Hay sorry I didn't text back we were in our way back to see me mum. She's doing good and the twins a re a bit premature but they'll be okay too. They're names are Ernest and Doris, ha is that cute? I'll be heading home in two days knowing my mums okay, so I'll see you in a few days. I love you."

Less than a minute later I received a text back,

"That's great babe!! I can't wait to see you in a few days."

I replied quickly too.

"Niall, can we have a baby?"

I waited a few minutes for a reply. About ten minutes had passed by Niall still hadn't replied.

About 5 minutes later I got a reply

"Babe,......"

A/N sorry it's been so long but I'm back!!! And I'm leaving you off with a cliff hanger😛 I'm sorry but I have to. I'm starting a new book soon it's another love story I guess but not with a happy ending. Well read it if you want, see you later loveiles❤️
