Vwooorp.. Vwooorp.. Vwooorp.. Doom.

There was as working of wind as a big blue box appeared in front of a small girl.

She was bundled up and falling asleep on top of a suitcase, a small smile growing on her face.

The door opened up, and a man walked out. He seemed to be in his early twenties, dark brown hair and blue grey eyes. He was wearing a raggedy blue button up and tie, as well as ripped brown pants.

He looked down at the girl and smiled, before picking her up bridle style and carrying her into the house behind him.

"We'll go tomorrow Amelia, right now you need sleep." He told her.

She didn't say anything, just cuddled further into his arms and drifted off.

By the time the Doctor settled her down into her bed, she was already fast asleep. He smiled before tucking her in and walking back outside to the big blue box.

He cursed silently before looking up at it. There were lights glowing from the windows, and it was making a weird noise.

"Oh, come on!" He shouted at it. "I just want some clothes." He stared at it expectingly before sighing. "Fine. Be like that."

He trutted away from the TARDIS and back into the house, until he heard a noise. The front door opening and closing.

Oh! Amelia's aunt! Quickly ducking into the room, he ran past the young gingers bed and into her closet, closing the door mostly behind him.

~THE NEXT MORNING~

"Where are we going?" Amelia had asked him after the shock of the TARDIS wore off. The two had waited until Amelia's aunt Shannon left in the morning to go.

"Anywhere. Anywhere you want, anytime you want. Under one condition, it has to be amazing." The Doctor said excitedly.

She thought for a second, before her face broke out into a smile. "You said your an alien, yeah? Can we go to space?" She asked him.

He grinned. "And that's the beauty of it! Yes! We can go to space! Another planet, another galaxy! And I know exactly where!" He ran around the consal, pulling random levers and buttons.

"Hold on!" He had warned her, and she did, grinning and giggling as the TARDIS swung into motion.

The TARDIS stopped suddenly and the Doctor ran to Amelia, taking her hand and grinning at her like a child ok Christmas before pulling her out the door.

The young ginger gasped at what she saw. The ground beneath them was purple, kinda like a carpet, but whispy looking. They seemed to be in a forest, surround by trees of swirled colors that looked almost rubbery. She could hear birds chirping- odd considering they were on a different planet- and it was peaceful, and beautiful.

"Oh, but here's the glory part.." The giddy Timelord approached a tree, before plucking off a- rather sparkly- leaf, and shoving it in his mouth.

"It's candy! All of it! The leaves are apple flavored sour stips! T-T-The bark is cinnamon, and the inside is candy cane!" He told her, stuttering a bit at how excited he was.

He jumped a few times. "That ground that your standing on, it's cotton candy!" He stomped a few times. "Although I don't know what flavor.."

She smiled at him. "So I can just, eat it?" She asked to make sure.

"Yeah of course, go on!" He urged her.

She walked around in a circle, seemingly trying to finds good place to take it from, before bending down an grasping some in her hands. Lifting it to her mouth, she let out a moan as the delicious flavor engulfed her mouth.

"Doctor, this is delicious! How come we don't have purple cotton candy on earth?" She asked, reaching down for more.

"I know, right? Come on, you'll love this!" He enthused as he pulled her hand past the TARDIS.

Digging under branches and stoping at points to eat, they emerged for the candy jungle. There was a small brown bubbling pond in front of them, which, the Doctor assured her, was not mud.

"Chocolate? It's chocolate!" She yelled, dipping down and cupping it in her hands.

The Doctor smiled down at her. He didn't normally bring kids with him, but he could make this one exception.
