I did change the form a little bit. The only difference is a requirement for giving credit to me, and a few other (not very important) things!

That's about it for the form! I ask that you only comment here for requests. It makes it a lot easier to have everything organized, and I'll probably get to your cover faster! Also, don't comment your questions/comments here, I have another chapter/part for that! I also have forms for character cards, please only request covers here, basically.
RULES:
Don't be rude! I don't want making covers to be a pain in the butt for me, and one way to not have that happen is by keeping it happy!
Do NOT steal my covers. This includes using them without giving credit. I cannot express how angry that would make me. I- believe it or not- put a lot of effort into these! And stealing covers is just all-around a very rude thing to do!
Don't pester me! I understand if I've been taking weeks to finish it, in fact if that happens, please pester me. Just not if it's only been a few days. I don't take very long. Usually 4-7+ days. 7 days is stretching it a lot.
Don't be shy to ask for changes! I try to make my covers as close to what you wanted as possible, and if you're not happy with it, I totally understand! Sure, it'll make me a little sad, but it's not the end of the world. I only ask that if you ask for changes that it not be almost impossible. And if it is, I'll obviously tell you that.
That being said, if you end up not using it for any reason, please tell me so I can put it up as a premade!
I only put up these rules because I know things like that happen, and this is just a precaution. All of you are awesome people, though, so I know I don't have to worry about this.
(I forgot to mention that I delete your comments when I finish with your cover, so don't panic if you can't find it!)
