Long Distance

My name is Kathy, at keast, it's close enough. I don't remember much, except; I'm not from this planet. I'm from far away. I crashed here, In the small town of Brownsburg, Ohio. Mary Barnsworth discovered me, and part time actress in her mid-thirties; driving along and about hitting a teen girl. She took me in after I assured her my parents had recently died. Although it's far from the truth, I have a strange feeling this women will help me discover who I am.

"Hunny, It's time for school."

"Yes, Mary." I'm terified. What if they see right through me? What if they figure out who I am? Then they'll kill me! Before I trully know who I am. Well, Here I go,

I can over come intergalactic space travel to a far away place, all alone; but I can't handle one day of normal school? I can't be afraid, I look just like them. They wont notice, and while I'm here I can look up stories maybe my...people are apart of some myth or legend.

"Hello! I'm Nicole Ramos, but you can call me Nikki!"

Uhmm. "Hello, I'm Kathy, Kathy Paulley."

"That's a cute accent kathy, where are you from?"
"Ireland."

"You'll have to tell me all about it! Class starts soon! what's your first period?"

"Uhmm, English 10, whith Mr. Raqse.?"

"He's cool! I'll show you to his room!"

So far so good, no one has made any fuss over me. Last class, lets hope it goes the same.

"Hello, is this Mr. Tolieronis class?"

"Awh, yes. You Must be Kathrine. Okay class settle down!"

"Kathrine,  in my class we had to introduce our selves on the first day. Since today is your first day, it is your turn."

"Uhm, My name is Kathrine Paulley, but everyone calls me Kathy."

"Kathy, wher e did you use to live?"

"Well," Think Kathy, Think. "I was born in Austria, but I grew up in Ireland."

"That's very..Intresting. You can sit next to Tyler."

He knows, oh no, he knows. Just by the way he looks at me. What will I do? I shouldn't come back. I shouldn't have started school, but mary..What will I do?

Wow, she's so pretty! I've never seen such blue eyes! And her hair doesn't really look black..It's more violet! She seems upset, maybe Mr. T upset her.

"Uhm, are you okay?"

"Uhm, yes. Thank you."
