I woke up lying on the floor of my bed room. I tried to sit up but pain rushed over my body as I remembered what had happened the night before. Nobody knows about it and nobody will ever find out about it. You may call me a coward but it's hard when your younger brother is involved.
I struggled to my feet, letting out a silent gasp of pain. I got in the shower, every step sending pain to every part of my body. The water rushes over me, giving me relief from the pain. I tried to be quick, I had work to do and I couldn't raise suspicion.
"Come on! Pull your self together!" I muttered to myself, getting myself ready. Once I was done I turned to find my father standing in the door way.
"What the hell do you want !?" I say, trying not to wake my brother up.
"Just making sure your okay." He muttered back turning around to leave.
I laugh out loud for him to here. "Yeah cause you totally care how I'm doing"
"I do, you must understand every thing I do is to help you." He replies
I stare at him as he leaves. "the little bastard that has no heart " I mutter still laughing at my dads stupidity.

"Are you okay?" Christina asks starring at me.
"What ... Uh yeah yeah I'm fine!" I say putting my head back on my desk.
"You don't seem okay" she said suddenly worried, she placed her hand on my back, I winced trying not to show it.
"Hey! What was that? Are you hurt !?" She says standing up.
"No no I swear I'm fine! Look just chill okay !! " I yelled, drawing the attention of the people near by.
"Okay okay fine!! But don't come crying to me when your dying in a pit with a cactus." She muttered sitting back down.
"Wait... What!?" I asked confused about the cactus.
"Ugh nothing ." She said laughing at me.
I grinned back, well I guess there's another inside joke that will make people think Were crazy.
