Prologue

My life is so hard.

My family just moved to Yurano Corporation, and now I have to go to a new high school, Yurano High.

I've already had to move two other times, because of my mom's business, which even she hates, but gets really good pay.

I've also tried suicide three times for being bullied, but my mom thinks my therapy is starting to help the urge to kill myself.

I've always had a thing for death and torture. That's probably why I've been able to deal with being bullied so much. But enough about the bad parts of my life. Here are some good (ish) things about me:

My name is Mariia, with two I's, and I really like black and white. My one and only friend from my old school, Gideon, gave me the nickname Mari, which is short for a longer nickname he gave me, Marionette. I've loved it, and had everyone I've met call me Mari, cause I hate my real name, but can't officially change it. Gideon and I are still friends, and I don't want any other friends, cause I really like Gid, like REALLY REALLY, but I haven't told him.

Now, I live in Yurano, and he lives back in my hometown, Whinchester. He's the reason I'm not dead yet, cause he's really good with words. I really miss him, but I've put up with it.

I have pitch black hair that goes to my shoulders. My eyes are completely black, which my doctors can't understand. I love small spaces, which could be why I'm so skinny. I'm not really tan, since I don't go out a lot. My cheeks are always pink, so people can't tell when I'm blushing.
