Mackenzies POV
Once I got home, I ran to my room. Tears brimmed into my eyes. I ran into my bathroom, rummaging through my draws for the thing I was looking for. After I wrote one last diary entry, I ran into Maddie's room, and put the diary under her pillow. Afterwards, I ran back to my bathroom. I grabbed the allergy pills I recently grabbed out of the draw, and sat on the floor. I took one pill, and swallowed it. Then 2, then three. And so on. I felt my eyes closing after about 25 pills. Finally, I'm rid of this life. Forever.

Maddie's POV
I walked into the house screaming a hello to Mackenzie. Maybe she already left for dance. I shrugged, and hopped up the stairs and into my room. I laid down on my bed, when my head hit something hard. I sat up, confused, and looked under my pillow. There laid a journal. I grabbed it, and read the first page.
Dear Maddie,
Today is my first day of freshman year in High school. I'm really nervous but I hope you help me. I doubt that you will though, it feels like you hate me. Anyways I have to get ready to school.

Dear Maddie,
Today was my second day of Freshman year. The bullying got worse. It wasn't just you and Kendall, it was Chloe and Nia too. Nia wasn't saying a lot, but she was standing and laughing with you guys. I thought they were my friends, I guess not.
