While I was at it I took off my whole outfit and lay it on my bed so when I come home I can put it on. Then I walked downstairs in just my bikini. And got my slip on sandals. I walk outside and walked across the street to go to the lake. Once I got there I put on Spotify pressed shuffle and just at on the sand with my head phones in. It was relaxing. Different. I just shook it off.
