There was a girl my age passed out on the ground. The ground... It was grass! Where were the walls? It was a forest... Was this all inside my house? I thought my bedroom was on the other side of the wall. Science and logic say that my bedroom is. This isn't science or logic. This is magic. How'd the girl get in my house?!
She had shoulder length black hair. She was wearing a casual, peach colored dress. She opened her eyes and looked up at me with those icy blue eyes of hers. She asked me, "Who are you?" I responded, "I'm Lucas. Who are you?" The girl replied, "I am Alexis." Alexis got up. She looked around, frantically. Fear was in her eyes. "We aren't safe here. Let's move." She grabbed my hand and pulled me through the trees, deeper into the forest.
