It might upset you that their spending more time with your enemy than you, but sometimes it's for a good cause. For example, they might be planning a surprise B-Day party for you? Or they could be best friends themselves and not be letting you in one it. Let it go until at least a month after your birth day. If nothing changes go talk to them. It really does seem like they don't want you to be their BFF.

Okay, this answer is quite clear. Their is 3 reasons that they are doing that. 1: planning something special. 2: like them as a friend more than you. 3: their crushing on your boyfriend! The last one is bad but hey, it is a possibility! This one depending on their reason is maybe your BFF or maybe not.
