The next day as I am walking to Jordan's I see something in the trees and walk over to see what it is, but it's gone. "Hey, Izzy what are you doing out here? It's too cold to be out here right now get in here sis!" Jordan says, worry in his voice.
"Ok, I just thought I saw something but I guess not... Anyway, it doesn't matter anymore." I say, getting colder and colder the more time I stand here. As I walk up to his house I see it again, out of the corner of my eye, but when I look over nothing's there. "Please tell me you saw something out of the corner of your eye, too." I say, nervous that I'm seeing things.
"I think I saw something, too Izzy. Let's go check it out. Just give me a minute, I have to go change. I'll be right back."
"Ok I'll go change, too." I reply to Jordan as I walk up to Dylan's house. When I get in Dylan is sitting on the couch watching TV like he usually does when I'm still asleep in the morning and I walk upstairs to the guest room hoping he won't hear me, but being me I step on one of the noisiest stairs and that causes Dylan to get up and walk over to me. "Hey Iz, did you just wake up? Because it looked like you were going upstairs not downstairs, so what were you doing?" Dylan says, pure curiosity burning in his green eyes.
"Oh, I was just gonna go hang out with Jordan for a little bit that's all, Dylan, I promise. So do you wanna watch Netflix later? It would be a good idea because you've seemed a little on edge here lately so I think doing that would calm you down." I ask, worried for him, and the rest of the pack.
"Yeah, that actually sounds like a really good idea. It is just gonna be you and me right?" Dylan asks, excited.
"Yeah its just gonna be us so don't worry." I say, reassuringly.
Later as me and Dylan are searching through Netflix after watching three horror movies I decide it's time to watch something funny. "What do you wanna watch that isn't a horror movie? We could watch a funny movie since we've already watched three horror movies in a row so that sounds like the best thing." I say, as the credits start to roll in the movie The Lazarus Effect.
"We could watch Grown ups 2 if you feel like it." Dylan suggests.
"I've watched that a million times. We could watch Hocus Pocus since it's almost Halloween. I love that movie and it's the perfect movie. Then we could watch Corpse Bride. Then we could watch The Nightmare Before Christmas. How does that sound?" I say, excited that they have these movies on Netflix.
"That sounds like a plan to me. Let's watch Hocus Pocus first." Dylan says, he's as excited as me. Then as I click on Hocus Pocus we both hear a loud bang! and I pause the movie and slowly get up and quietly walk over to the window and look outside. What I see is so horrible I can't believe my eyes.
