Abi's POV:
[25 minutes before]
I wore the amulet to school but I made sure it was hidden. Anyone is capable of stealing things. I needed to find out what the amulet could really do, so I went into the girls bathroom and locked the door behind me. The amulet wasn't really glowing anymore and I didn't understand what that meant, but all I knew was that it was capable of incredible things, maybe even dangerous things. I walked up to the mirror and stared at myself for a while. Then the strange feeling came back. Before I could pass out, I held onto the amulet tightly. All of a sudden, everything turned white and I couldn't feel anything.
The next thing I knew was that I wasn't in the girls bathroom anymore, instead I was in the school corridor. How did I get there? I looked at the amulet that hung around my neck and it was shining brighter than ever. I walked pass a certain classroom, but I stopped when I noticed Jake was inside. But behind Jake was a figure, with a few limbs missing from its body. A zombie?!...
