Chapter five (YOU!!)

Calvin P.O.V.

After me and trina's session i wanted to do something else besides getting stuffed in this apartment all this time.

Here i was wondering through the park. Looking at the lake and the blue sky accompanied by the shining rays of the sun. Today was a good day and the warmth of miami is very different compared to Cali.

Speaking of Cali i wonder how things were when i left. Did my father throw a tantrum? I doubt that. Did Tanya miss her big brother? Probably i just wish i know.

When i left tanya i wonder what happened to her. I hope she was doing okay. Thats my little sister and i love her but if i found out any harm was done to her someone's going to pay. I walked to the kid's playground and saw two very familiar pigtails. They reminded me of my sister. I turned around but before i left i herd a familiar voice say "give me my bucket!".

I don't know wether i was hallucinating or not but i turned around and saw a little girl getting angry at a boy over her bucket. But wait........those caramel skin, the pigtails and those eyes. THATS MY SISTER!! I ran towards her and she looked at me confusing.

"Hello there princess" i called her by the nickname i always call her. "My uncle told me not to talk to strangers" she responded back. I looked at her. Uncle? We have an uncle here. I never knew that. A smile across my face "don't you remember me tanya". Her face looked confused and she shook her head "don't you remember your big broder" once the words left my mouth her eyes grew the size of watermelons. She ran up to me and circled her tiny arms around my neck.

I missed her so much "cal i missed you.....daddy left me" she looked sad. Wait? What does she mean by dad left her. That bastard abandoned his own child "princess what do you mean by he left you" she looked up "uncle John said that he went to visit god and it will take a long time before he returns" when those words left her mouth i instantly knew what she meant by that.......my father was Dead?

He might have been a douche but he was caring before the accident and now he's........dead?

"Um.........princess who are you with" "uncle john see he's over there" he pointed to this man with gray and white hair about a good 6'1. He walked towards me and Tanya and i still had no idea who he was.

"Who are you?" He asked me "who are you" i question back. "I believe i asked you first" "i believe i have a right to know who you are."

He chuckled "i will ask you again son who are you"

I smirked back and stood up...i was about 6'5. So this guy was no match compared to me no matter how old he was.

"Am i suppose to be intimidated?" He question

"Who said you are.......and i don't believe you are her uncle" who was this guy?

"Well son technically i'm not i'm just guarding her"

"Well you've helped enough. I'm her brother and i will be taking her with me" i grabbed her hand

"Maybe you don't understand son. I'm her guardian by law and you are?"

"Her brother" he looked shocked and i just smiled back in response.

"So you're Paul's kid"

I grimaced at the name of my father but nodded anyways.

"Well kid how about we make a deal"

I shot him a look signaling him to continue

"This friday we go to court and i hand over my privileges to you.....that is if you have a suitable environment for her "

What was he trying to say? I can't take care of my own little sister. So he wants to play.....well game on gramps.

"Okay gramps we have ourselves a deal" i shook his hand and i bend down and kissed Tanya's forehead.

He took her head and walked away with her.

I still can't believe that i saw my sister again. But the joy was only a part of what i was feeling.

I also felt......sad.

Sad that my last parent was dead. I have other family but now i'm an orphan. The thought kept running through my head multiple time.

My father's dead.
