07:34 AM, Hamburg International Airport, Germany:
After a Long Night of saying Goodbye to his Friends, Jean sat at Terminal C of Hamburg Airport.
The Clean, sterile Departure Lounge with Panoramic View of the Tarmac made him feel a bit melancholic.
He wouldn't see Germany for more than a Year. Germany, his Friends, his Team...
His Team would probably be what he would miss the Most. He had spend over 3 Years to build up the Group, and now he would leave them for a Year. Of course his Vice President would take his place for the Time, but it still hurt to have to leave them behind. Still, the Opportunity to Visit Japan for a Year wasn't something he would simply dismiss, and so, after talking to his friends, he decided to do the Exchange Year in Tokyo. He had to promise them to message at least once a Day tough, and so he carried his age old Laptop in one of his Bags. A Sudden Voice pushed him out of his thoughts.
"Flight 208 to Frankfurt International is now boarding. Please proceed to Gate 7"
His call. He would fly to Frankfurt and from there to Japan. Finally, after Months of waiting, he would get on his Flight to the Land of his Dreams.
Japan, Finally.
05:30 AM, Tokyo Narita International Airport, Japan:
Almost 14 Hours Later, Jean stepped outside of Narita Airport. He had slept a bit on the Flight, but still looked very Hammered. At least he was here now, and Customs didn't complain about his Luggage. Glaring at the Morning sun, he stepped onto the Street and walked towards the Nearby Train station.
His Host family wrote him the Directions in an E-Mail some days before he left, but it was still hard to find the Right directions in Tokyo's massive Public Transport System.
After a while, his Train arrived. Riding trough the Morning Rush Hour of Tokyo, he passed through the Whole City until he finally reached his Destination in a Small Suburban Town west of Tokyo.
"I got Bills!... I gotta Pay!... So im gonna work work work Every day!"
Listening to Music, Jean looked around the Train station he Arrived at.
It was a Small Station, built between Houses, with a Small Shopping Center next to it.
He walked down the Stairs towards the Exit, where he was greeted by a Small group of People holding a Sign with his name on it.
"Jin san?" a Middle Aged Woman asked friendly while walking towards him.
"Yes... ah, Kobayashi-san?" Jean asked the Woman.
"Yes, come please. Welcome to Japan!"
The Woman, who seemed to be the Mother of his Host Family, proceeded to guide him to one of the Cars parked nearby. Dragging his Bags behind him, Jean followed her to the Car and took a seat on the Rear Bench.
"Put on the Seatbelts Please!" The woman, now on the Driver's Seat, drove out of the Car park and onto the Road crossing the Exit. They traveled for some Minutes, chatting about various things, until they reached a Small House around 3 Miles from the Station.
After Parking the Car, the Two carried Jeans Bags into the House.
"Ohayou!" Nozomi, the Mother, Called into the Building.
All Hell broke loose as they were suddenly fired at from Different Directions.
Both of them jumped behind a Table, as Small Plastic BB's landed on everything, shattering a Picture that looked as If it had been only Recently Replaced.
1,5 Years Earlier:
1,5 Years ago, the Japanese Minister for Education declared Airsoft, or Eagan, to be introduced as a new National School Sport. Since then, Eagan Clubs became a Common thing on Schools, and with the Support of the Self Defense Forces, Championships were started across the Country.
Being a Almost Completely Gun-Free Nation, the Japanese Public quickly adapted to the New Sight of School kids walking around with Machineguns sticking out of their Sports bags without thinking they would carry real Weapons. This led to a generally Positive view on the New School Sport and a rather large Acceptance for fights in Public. Now, 1,5 Years later, a German Student decided to do an Exchange Year on one of Tokyo's High schools, hoping to learn something about the Culture he always admired while putting his Experience as an Airsoft Player to good use.
Jean, still behind Cover next to his new Host Mother, tried to get a Peek at what was happening around them. Slowly moving his head around the Table, he got a clear view at the Attackers. Up the Stairs on the First Level of the House, a Girl crouched with her Rifle aimed at the two of them, while two other Students in Uniform aimed at them from the Left trough a Doorway. On their Right however were the most, 2 Additional Students and a Middle Aged Man.
Silently, Jean tried to communicate where the others were, while trying to get his Handgun out of one of his Bags. His Host mother smiled and Handed him a Small 6 Shot Revolver instead, then she grabbed her Purse and Pulled a Ridiculously Small MP5K out.
Screaming with the Anger of a Japanese Housewife who felt that her Guest was being mistreated, Nozomi stormed out of her Cover and onto the Attackers. Less than half of a Minute later, she had overwhelmed the Attackers and made them Line up in front of Jean to Excuse and introduce themselves to him.
Three of the 5 Students were Classmates to the Daughters of the House who came over to see their new Exchange Student, the other two were said Daughters. The Middle Aged Man was the Host father and Husband of the Still Raging Nozomi, who, instead of repeatedly hitting the 6 with her MP5, had turned to making Food for the Family and their Guests.
While she was in the Kitchen, she ordered the Defeated Attackers to help Jean carry his Bags into his Room and make himself feel at home. Carrying Three Bags trough half of the World was hard, but seeing the 6 easily carry them up to the First Floor somehow made him feel a bit weak.
After a couple Minutes, Jean heard them come back down. His host mother already finished making a Meal and they all took a seat around a large Table in the Living room.
The food looked a bit strange by German Standards, but smelled tasty nonetheless. Jean smiled and bowed his head towards his Host mother, thankfully to finally get something to eat after almost a Whole day of Expansive Airport snacks and a Half-baked Breakfast.
"Ikadakimasu!"
