A Walk on the Beach

You walk along an empty beach, the cold wet sand squishes in between your toes. The salty sea air blows your hair in every direction and the cool water splashes at your ankles. Seagulls call to each other in the sky, and sea lions play in the ocean near the horizon. The sky is painted a magnificent pink and orange as the golden sun sets. You walk up the shore onto the dry sand, still warm from the days heat. Sitting down, you stare peacefully out to sea as the stars come into view overhead.
