Okay, so recently basically today Jason tweeted.. (Picture on top)
So... here I am discussing it with you guys.
First off all: What tattoo?
So, this is what I'm thinking, so you know at the end of Season 2 when Clarke was saying goodbye to Monty.
She then said goodbye to her husband(Bellamy) it broke my heart. I was Litterally screaming at the television saying to come back! It was an emotionally break-down.
So, we all witnessed Clarke leaving Camp Jaha. Well, I think Clarke is going to come back and I think Fairly soon considering the didn't finish much episodes.
So, Clarke will come back and she will have a new tattoo and Bellamy will be the first notice it because C'mon, she goes to him first. He will think she's all grounder like and he might not like it?? Or maybe will??
So..yeah, that's what I think...this is how I picture it in my head for this season...haha,

Bellamy sees a stranger but once he sees who the stranger was he ordered the guards to open the gates because( he's now a guard person) he runs out and towards the stranger that is Clarke, he wraps his arms around her, his eyes closed and just smelling her scent; the scent he missed and longed for.
Once he breaks out of the Hug, a smile appeared on her face
"I missed you" Clarke said
*ALL BELLARKE FANS DIE *
"I missed you to " Bellamy answered her until his eyes landed on a mark on her forearm
"Hey, When'd you get that Tattoo?" He asked taking her hand and looked over at it. She pushed her arm way, hiding the tattoo
"It's nothing" She replied dull

Yup, that's all I got. Omg...but seriously this has to be a Bellarke scene.
