Part 2: Feeling Myself

Once upon a time there was a famous rapper called Nicki Minaj. The inspiration for this song came from her experience with bike riding. She was cruisin' down the street in her 64 (a bicycle model) when her large booty became too big and exploded. Unfortunately, she fell off the bike when her butt exploded and got badly injured. When she fell off, she grazed her knee so she put her hand on it to stop the pain. This is where she got the idea "I'm feeling myself, I'm feeling myself".

The next line says that she is with some hood girls looking back at it. These "hood girls" were her best friends that were also cruising down the street when her booty exploded. They looked back at it when she fell off her bike because they were riding in front of her, therefore having to look back at it.

Nicki Minaj has a pet rabbit called Jack, which is where she got the inspiration for the line "I'm feeling myself, jack rabbit". It is not an inappropriate line in the song, it literally means that she was telling Jack, her pet rabbit, that she was feeling myself to stop the pain from her grazed knee. 

Even famous rappers like Nicki Minaj need to eat McDonalds sometimes. "Let me get a number 2 with some Mac sauce" was a direct recording of her ordering a meal at her local McDonalds restaurant. Isn't it interesting to know what sort of a diet she consumed? Fitness fanatics are dying to know what sort of food she eats, and here she has given away the answer that she enjoys eating a Quarter Pounder meal with the famous Big Mac sauce.

The song then goes into Beyonce singing the chorus: "I'm feeling myself, I'm feeling myself". Beyonce was one of the hood girls that Nicki Minaj was cruising with. Nicki Minaj hypnotized Beyonce and forced her to repeat everything she was saying, which explains why Beyonce was feeling myself.

"Kitty on fleek, pretty on fleek" is a reference to her cat called Pretty, who is on fleek. Pretty is a male cat, which explains why Nicki was riding through Texas and feeding him for his breakfast. Pretty said "damn Nicki, it's tight" because the doorway to the restaurant where they ate breakfast was very small, meaning that Pretty had difficulty getting through the door. No one knows why Nicki responded to Pretty using the n-word because that was completely uncalled for. "Damn babe you so little but you be really taking that pipe" is a reference to the doorway again being small, and also to the cigar that Nicki was holding in her hand at the time. She was not going to let a tight entrance stop her from having a smoke. 

There are a lot of unknown meanings behind the lyrics of Feeling Myself, but the main idea behind the song is that Nicki was looking for sympathy after her tragic butt explosion.
