Juvia's POV:

The sun streamed through the curtains of Juvia's room in FairyHills, casting odd shadows across her bed. Groggily she opened her eyes, immediately blinded by the brightness of the sun, and slinging an arm lazily over them. She groaned, laying there tiredly for a short while before gasping, and springing into a sitting position on her bed.
"How could Juvia almost forget?!"

She exclaimed out loud to herself, quickly glancing at her clock and squealing.
"Oh no! It's almost 11:00!"

She noted, before awkwardly stumbling out of her bed and getting ready in a rush. She was desperate to get to the guildhall before lunch at the latest. Today, like everyday, was a special one for Juvia. Although this day seemed to catch her particular interest. She quickly strutted towards the guildhall, before abruptly stopping and immediately biting her lip and looking towards the ground as a bright red color painted her cheeks. Nervousness crept over her, and her stomach turned.

"Oh dear..." She muttered, looking around and bringing a nail up to her lip to gnaw at. "Juvia has been excited for today for what seems like a century. But now that today has come, she feels like she could die from the embarrassment!" She exclaimed to no one in particular, and put her face into her hands.

Today, Juvia decided, she would confess her feelings towards Gray. Not that they weren't obvious. Well, that is for everyone but him it seemed. Gray might have noticed how much Juvia adored him. But even if he wasn't completely oblivious, he acted like he was. Perhaps it was because he knew he didn't feel the same for Juvia? Perhaps Gray-Sama had only chosen to be oblivious in order to not hurt Juvia? No. Juvia still has hope! she thought to herself triumphantly, as a determined grin tugged at the corners of her mouth. Regaining her confidence, she finally made her way to the guildhall.

Once inside, she excitedly strutted over to the bar, and sat down on one of the stools. Her eyes wandered every inch of the guild, searching for a particular raven haired boy. Lost in her eye's travels, Juvia hadn't even noticed Mirajane creep up behind her.
"You seem nervous about something." She noticed, raising an eyebrow and curiously leaning against the counter. She rested her petite chin in her palms, and smiled at Juvia. "May I ask why?" She added, curiousness still hinting her voice.

Juvia glanced over at her before sighing and looking down in disappointment.
"Juvia was looking for Gray-Sama. She has been awaiting, and dreading today for a long time." She claimed, fiddling with her thumbs in her lap. Mira stared at her, an uncomprehending look engulfing her face. "I see.... But I'm afraid I don't understand why." She laughed nervously.

Juvia sighed once again, and looked up, finally meeting her gaze and blurting out her words in a nervous rush. "Today was the day Juvia planned to finally confess her feelings to Gray-Sama! But she can't seem to find him anywhere! She can't help but panic at this point. What if Gray-Sama doesn't show up today? Juvia will have to wait a whole 'nother day! Or perhaps even more than that!" She panted, after practically bombarding poor Mirajane with all her feelings at the moment. But in a sweet manner, Mira just chuckled. She kindly patted Juvia on the shoulder, as she noticed Juvia proceeding to bang her head gently on the table. "Don't be so hard on yourself Juvia! I'm sure Gray will show up! And, when he does, he probably will be nothing but happy to talk to you." She retorted, in a reassuring tone.
Juvia looked up at her, a questioning look in her eyes. "You really think so?" She asked, smiling slightly.
