*Grace's pov*
I groan as my alarm goes off telling me it's time to get up.
I turn it off and sit up in my bed stretching as a yawn escapes my lips.
I push my covers off my body and climb out of my comfy bed before walking into my closet.
I grab my black Jeans and a white top with three quarter length maroon sleeves before walking into my bathroom and having a quick shower.
Once I get out I dry myself before changing into my outfit.
I walk back into my room after brushing my teeth before drying my hair and straighten it. I then pull on my white vans before grabbing my backpack and making my way downstairs.
I walk into the kitchen and grab a bottle of water and an apple before I make my way to the front door.
As soon as I open the door the smell of the roses in my front yard fill my nose making me smile.
I pull the front door shut and lock it before taking my phone out of my back pocket.
I plug my earphones in and press shuffle before locking my phone and putting it back in my pocket.
I take a bite from my apple as I continue walking to my school which is only ten minutes away.
Once I finally reach school I throw away what's left of my apple before making my way to meet my friends.
"Hey Gracie" my best friend Caitlyn smiles.
"Hey Caitlyn" I smile back as I wrap my arms around her giving her a hug.
"How was your weekend?" My friend Grayson asks as he walks over to me.
"It was pretty chill, I just watched movies and played with my new kitten Nala" I smile.
"Hey, schools about to start, let's go inside yeah?" Ethan, Grayson's twin brother says.
I nod my head before we start making our way to the double doors that lead into the school.
As soon as I open the doors everyone stops what they are doing and looks in my direction. Great, here we go again.
So I'm what people consider popular, everyone wants to be in the popular group and be able to be just like us and everyone thinks it's so fun but really, I hate it.
"She is so pretty, I want to be like her" I hear one of the girls from my English class whisper.
I stop walking and turn to face her I smile at her and pull her in for a hug.
"You're beautiful hun" I say before letting her go.
She gives me a small smile as I see a tear roll down her cheek.
I continue walking to my locker saying hi to people and stuff like that.
"Hey pretty lady" I hear the familiar voice of my best guy friend Shawn say.
"Hi Shawn" I smile as I give him a hug before turning back to my locker.
I grab the books I need for the day before closing my locker.
"How was your weekend?" Shawn smiles as we make our way down the hall.
"It was good, my parents went on a business trip after you left on Saturday so now I have the house to myself for two weeks" I smile.
"Well, looks like we will have to spend some time together" Shawn smirks.
"Maybe, I don't know, we have our finals in two weeks and I really need to study and I still need to get ready for prom and graduation" I say as we make our way to our English class.
