Ch. 3 Pass the limit.

Max's POV:
(Chloe!!!!.....why can't I move??
Max help!!!!!)
What!!
Max jumps from her sleep nearly punching Chloe over. "Max what the hell, you nearly..... Max are you ok?you look like you saw some real shit.
Max POV:
Chloe wasn't far off, I had a vision, like the one from the hurricane but this time it was.... Well I couldn't tell. Felt like an earthquake. " Max??? Are you ok what happened?"
"I had a dream or somethings, it felt like I was in the middle of an earthquake. And you were there screaming for help and and..."
Chloe's POV:
" ok ok !
Max calm down, look it ok, I'm ok and there's no earthquake" God dame... I swear Max is sweating bullets, I can't imagine how freaked by a dream she had.

Chloe sat next to Max and tried to comfort her trembling friend. Then in the back of the truck, someone shouted out"hey look at the sky,!!"
Chloe looked out the window and saw what must be search lights in the distance."Max look!"
Max opened the door and saw the long beams of light cutting through the night sky. " quick we need somethings to signal them with"
Everyone what could move jumped out the truck and started to look for anything that could make light.
About ten minutes passed and so far no luck. The chopper was now about maybe a mile away or two by now.
Everyone gathers back in to the truck and went back to sleep.
Chloe's POV:
Shit!
I can't believe It !
We were so close to getting help and we blew it. I just AH! (Click)
What? The glove compartment dropped open. Maybe there's something in here.... Oh ya right like I'm going to find somethings useful....!!! Are you fucking kidding me!!
Max POV:
Man this hella sucks.
We had one chance and we blew it..."are you fucking kidding me!!!"
What was...was that Chloe?

Max ran over to the truck and saw Chloe leaning over the steering wheel. " Chloe what's is it what's wrong?!?"
She didn't say a word, she only lifted her arm off the steering wheel and showed Max what looked like a flash light. " I did it again," Chloe whispered to her self but just loud enough so that Max could hear." Chloe look it not....maybe another chopper will fly by!" Said Max trying to make Chloe feel better. " like hell it will !!!"
Max POV:
We finally got something and it's to late.... Or is it. If I can only turn back far enough, but can I?
I've only gone back for a few minutes, like 5 or so. Evan after the storm, should I really try to go back so soon?
Max looked over at Chloe with her head on the wheel. " Chloe , look it's all going to be ok"
Chloe lifted her head to see Max smile. " right"
Chloe just leaned on Max's shoulder and waited.
Max looked out in to the sky and saw the sun was starting to come up.max lifted her hand. Almost immediately the clouds started to roll back the sun went back down.
She was now going pass her limits and she could feel it. A sharp pain came across her head and everything was getting dark." Just a little longer"
Eventually she saw the chopper start to fly backwards in the direction you came from. Max dropped her hand and fell back on the seat. Almost immediately after falling Chloe took Max's hand. "Max are you ok?"
Then just like for someone from the back shouted " hey look at the sky!!"
Chloe looked out the window and saw the lights.
Chloe's POV:
Hella ya!
Max look!!
... We need to find somethings to signal them with!!

Before Chloe going to get out the truck Max grabbed her hand."Max what are you doing we need to find...."
Max handed Chloe the flash light from before."....m..Max where did you find this??"
"L...latter"
Chloe saw Max's nose start to bleed and knew what she did.
Max went back in time to help Chloe and the others.
Chloe turned the flash light on and flashed it to the chopper.
" we see you down there just hold on!!"
A loud voice came down.
" Max you did it... Max?
Chloe saw Max pass out and was beginning to panic.
Chloe's POV :
Max....Max!!!
Oh god ...Max wake up!!!! The chopper made it way down and troopers made there way to the truck. Max started to wake up shortly.
"Mm mm my head... Chloe are you??...
" oh god Max..... Don't do that shot again!!!! I thought I lost you there. You made me hella freaked out!!! Look we got the military here.
Chloe pointed out .
" what happened Max how far did you come back this time??"
Max was trying to think"about 10 minutes or so"
Chloe took her hand" was that to much or???"
Max rubbed her head in pain" ya just a little over my limit."

Chloe helped Max out of the truck and in to the chopper along with the rest of the people that manage to survive the storm.
Max looked over to one of the troopers" excuse me sir do you mind if I ask where we're going??"
The man looked at her and said" don't worry kid were taken you and your friends to a military base in California where you'll be treated and watched over till this mess gets cleared out. "
Max looked over at Chloe who was on the verge of tears.
"Hey Chloe ...what's wrong??
"You scared me shitless for a minute"
" come on Chloe you know me"
"No I mean it Max you really had me scared...after all that's happened....I just....I just can't stand the thought of loosing you too."
Max reached around Chloe for a hug. Chloe stared to cry on Max's shoulder shortly after.
