A whitesides story~ Hayes Grier fanfic~

Chapter 1

Hayes P.O.V.

"Hey Jaz," I said while stopping at her locker. "Hey Hayes have you got the call yet?" "Noooooooo I can't wait for it to come I really hope I get that call!" I said with frustration and excitement. "Don't worry you will get that call."

Jaz always knew how to cheer me up. If I was sad she would hug me and say the nicest things. If I was mad she let me punch a pillow and we would talk it out. SHe has been through a lot with me and I really hope we can be more than friends one day. I really liked
her, ever since last year when I got bullied and she helped me stand up to them like a really good friend she is.

I am waiting on a call for magcon. My brother Nash already got it and magcon is in 3 weeks. If I get that call I am going to invite Jaz and hope to win her over during magcon.

Jaz P.O.V.

Hayes was in his own little world while we were walking to first class. Thank god we had all classes together or I would of flipped. I only have 3 close friends at school. Hayes, Morgan, and my brother Jacob Whitesides. I know brothers don't count as friends but we were really close.

Hayes looked upset that he hasn't  gotten the call yet. I don't understand why either. Hayes is just as funny as his brother Nash so why hasn't he gotten it yet. Hopefully he gets it soon.

*Later*

Me, Hayes and Morgan were walking to my house after school. We got there and my mom was sitting on the couch looking really sad."Hey mom." I said. " he-he-hey sweety." She managed to get out in between sniffles. "What's wrong and where is dad and Jacob?" I asked really curious. "Sweety maybe Hayes and Morgan should go over to Hayes's house for a little bit and you can go over there after we talk." She said with her cheeks really red. "Okay," was all I could manage to say.

Hayes and Morgan left and mom had me sit with her on the couch. "Okay, so there is no way to say this but I am going to rip it off like a bandaid. Me an your dad are getting a devorce. I told Jacob about it and he ran out the door basically in tears. I gave him the option of staying with me or going to live with your father in New York." She said. By that time I was ready to cry all my feelings out. "Wait, so I have to pick between you or dad?" Yes sweetie you do I am so sorry to put this out on you like this but you have a week to decide." She said still trying to hold back tears.

I ran out the door as fast as I could over to Hayes's house.

"Hey, what hap-", before Hayes was able to finish I ran and hugged him crying my eyes out. "Shushhhhh hey hey hey everything will be okay just take a breathe and tell me what is going on." "My mom and dad are getting a divorce and I have to pick my mom or dad to stay with." I managed to get out. "Don't worry everything will be fine. But I have some good news guess what." "What?" "I got the call..... I AM GOING ON MAGCON!!!!!! And I want you I come with me." OH MY GOD HAYES THAT IS AMAZING AND I WOULD LOVE TO GO WITH YOU!!!!"

When Hayes told me the news I was happy again. Later that day Jacob texted me.

Big Butthead👌💗~ did mom tell you yet?

From me~ yeah I think I am going to stay with her.

Big Butthead👌💗~ Same and guess what?

From me~ what?

Big Butthead👌💗~ I got the call I am going to magcon

From me~ oh my god so did Hayes and he invited me I can't wait to be with the bbf (boy best friend) and my best big bro

My day went from okay to terrible to amazing in just a matter of 10 minutes. Gotta love your family and friends.

Okay so I promised better and I have better at least I think I did. Well anyways there is the first chapter of my new book a whitesides story. Hope you guys love it so far and can't wait for chapter 2
