"Then?" I felt really scared. "Who are you?"
"That's the wrong question," said Shem. He still had a villain's voice. "You're supposed to ask 'What are you?'. Well, if you really want to know...." He suddenly transformed to a round shape. I was shocked. Stunned. Not even those words would describe what I was feeling. "I AM THE REAL MASTERMIND!!!"
"What???? NO!!! IT CAN'T BE!!! I TRUSTED YOU!!! FROM THE VERY BEGINNING!!"
"I guess you want to hear another story then." said the Googly Eye. "Well, I told you my father died, right?"
"Yeah...." I said, trying to calm down to the shocking transformation of Shem, who used to be my friend. "So?"
"I lied. My dad had a choice. Either to work for the Googly Eyes or die, since he was a scientist. Obviously, my Dad chose to work for the Googly Eyes. The Googly Eyes wanted my Dad to create a potion that can make all Googly Eyes shape shift into anything."
"But where is your Dad if he's alive?"
"He is safely hidden in an unknown island where no one can find him, because everyone thinks he's dead. That's why he can't go back home. Everyone will asks questions like where has he been if he's alive. The Googly Eyes want to be kept secret. No one must know about Googly Eyes except people with relatives who are the Googly Eye Warriors. Like you."
"So, how come you are a Googly Eye?"
"Ahh! That comes with the choice of working for the Googly Eyes. The Googly Eyes think I would be a great leader for the Googly Eyes. So my Dad had to give me the potion."
"Oh, I see. That was after I met you, right?"
"Yeah."
"So, now that I know who, or what, you really are, it's time to destroy you!" I could barely get those words out of my mouth. The word 'destroy' was really hard to say. But Shem the Mastermind heard it.
"Very well. Just so you know, my Dad invented a laser beam too. To come out of my eye! So, prepare! Prepare to die!" I took out the sword and shield, and I was ready for battle!!
"Take this!!!" I said. He dodged, but I got him in the second slash.
"OW!!! You filthy human! TAKE THIS!" He made a scar on my arm with his laser.
"Ow!!!! Take this! This will be the end of the Googly Eyes!!!" I slashed him, destroying the Googly Eyes forever.
"NOO!!!!" he shouted, before disappearing into dust. At last, the Googly Eyepocalypse is OVER!!! I cried and cried.
"I TRUSTED YOU!!! I TRUSTED YOU!!: I said through my tears. "You were my only friend!" I sniffed. When I had finally calmed down, I went home. I arrived and searched for my keys in the pockets. I took my keys and unlocked the door. I entered without anyone knowing what I had done, what I had sacrificed to save the world. I went into my bedroom and tried to sleep since I was tired from the events that happened. The truth had to come all because of a stupid video. I was lying in bed, trying to pretend that Shem never happened, that my parents weren't dead. That I had no close relatives in the country. My only cousins live in Canada.
Life was difficult for me. I didn't know what to do tomorrow. I was lonely. Now that Shem had gone, I had no one else to share laughs with, share the whole day with. I might as well die....
