After watching a YouTube video, I got the urge to create this book. So, right off the bat, I'm talking about fat-shaming.
Alright, here I go...*takes in deep breath*
WHY DO PEOPLE GET OFF ON CALLING FAT PEOPLE LAZY AND UNHEALTHY?!
Not everyone can loose weight. Some people don't have time for it. Some people have medical issues and take medicine that make them gain weight. Some people have water-weight. Some people are disabled, and not able to work out. Some people may be happy overweight.
It's no one's right to say what's fat and what isn't fat.
If you can't stand to see or touch a person that might be fat, but you claim to love them, you really don't love them. Sure, you may just want them to loose weight and be healthy again. But telling them constantly that their fat, ugly, worthless, and 'lucky to be with you, or they wouldn't be with anyone at all' is not the way to go about things. You're only going to push that person away, or make them go into a state of depression.
Then you have the people who like to call people fat, just because it makes them feel better about themselves.
If you have to be a bully to make yourself feel good, then you need help.
'You fat ho, do everyone a favor and kill yourself'.
That's a perfect idea! Not only did you insult him/her, but you're also promoting suicide!
Lastly, you have the person that is at their goal weight, and fat-shames people because they think they have the right.
Hate to break it to you, but you don't.
I get everyone has an opinion, but you don't need to tell someone they're fat! If they're overweight, then I'm sure that they know.
EVERYONE is beautiful. Maybe not on the inside, but everyone is beautiful on the outside!
Just because you're overweight, ugly, stupid, or whatever else doesn't mean you have to feel down because of it. It doesn't mean that you have to end your life, or have your life revolve around self-shaming. You just have to do something about it.
