Chapter #1 "New school, New year"
Gabby's P.O.V
"GABBY GET UP!!!" My mother shouted from down stairs.
I hurriedly got out of bed and checked what time it was. 7:15. I had forty five minutes to get up take a shower and get dressed for my first day of senior high school. I managed to make it through sophomore of North Hampton High School pretty fine and I hope this year will be the same. Once I get out of the shower I dry my ombré colored hair and curl it. For the first time in forever it finally decided to look how I want it to look. I apply my makeup and once I am done I throw my makeup bag in to my mint colored Jansport Backpack. I get out my outfit that I chose out yesterday to wear. My Adidas shirt with ripped jeans and my matching Adidas Superstar sneakers. When I see I am all finished I go downstairs where my family greets me.
"Hey Bear." My dad says while he drinks his coffee.
He's called me "Bear" ever since I was a child.
"Hey Daddy." I cheerfully say and give him a hug.
"Ready to start your last year at North Hampton?"
"Couldn't be too excited." I simply reply.
The last three years haven't been so bad. Only when Karen Smith dumped her hot coffee on my lap for "ruining" her plans with Justin . It's not my fault we always have movie night on Fridays. My legs were redder than her fiery ginger hair. I was humiliated by everyone for being a "third wheeler".
But don't worry Justin got her back by accidentally pushing her into the schools fountain.
I don't know how my life would be without Justin .
He's my best friend, brother, protecter and hopefully more than that. If I have the guts to tell him about how I really feel.
"Shouldn't you get going now?" My mother asks.
"Yea, I'll pick up breakfast on the way" I say as I grab my keys to my white Cadillac.
"Ok sweetie, drive safe." My mom replies.
"Bye Bear!" My dad calls out.
"Bye!" I say and head out to Starbucks.
When I get their I order a Carmel frappé and quickly drive off. I pick up some glazed donuts at a local donut shop. My favorite. I eat in my car and head to school.
