My Little Secret

Him.

Unknown POV.

Its been a week since me and a few members of my group were attacked by rouges. 

We were out hunting west of my pack house about 10 miles out when 3 of my men and I were ambushed.

*Flash back*

"Hahahaha wait so you think that a vampire is stronger then a shape shifter?" Cory laughed at Ben's stupidity.

"Yeah i do! vamps are way faster, have you seen them move?" Ben said making ninja moves with his hands, or what he thought were ninja moves anyway.

"Yeah and i've also seen a shapeshifter move, they move faster then we can, and we move faster then vampires, way faster." Cory stated slowly hoping Ben would get the message.

"So what are you trying to say?" Ben sounded completely confused, Cory's slow tone obviously didn't work.

"That you are a complete dumb fuck." Sam chimed in as he placed a few logs by the fire and sat down on the log next to Cory.

Cory laughed, i chuckled.

 "He's right you know" i said turning away from the dark forest and looking into the crackling fire as it blazed in the night air. I placed my hands firm on Ben's shoulders and leaned in close to his ear.

"You are a complete dumb fuck" I laughed and the others joined me as we all sat around the fire, except Ben that is, I think we hurt the poor chubby kids feelings. I'm serious, I have never seen a single bone in his body, his fat covered all of them. I have never known a wolf that was that big, all wolves loved keeping in shape, i guess he was what you could call lazy, stupid and fake for that matter, we all thought he was gay, or lesbian it didn't really matter, but he was part of the pack, so he was part of the family.

"Whatever you guys don't kn-" Ben was cut off.

"Shut the fuck up..." I barked.

"but-" He was cut off again as my hand hit his face to cover his mouth.

The forest was dead silent for a second before i heard it again, a rustle just by the wall of darkness, close where the fire couldn't reach its light. I heard it again but on the other side of our camp. 

My eyes turned black as i inhaled a large breath of its scent, nothing... it was masking its scent.

"Come on out boys, we don't bite, much..." i drifted off as i heard the rustle getting closer.

I heard a loud growl behind me and i saw all the boys in the same state as i was, black eyes and ready to strike.

"Come on we want to see your pretty faces before we tear them right off your skulls with our teeth!" I let out a loud roar from my throat as the woods went silent again.

"ha ha ha oh darling..." A dark heavy voice chuckled braking the deadly silence.

A shiver split down my spine and my eyes widened with surprise as i heard his voice come out of the woods, it was him... How could it be him? It couldn't be him? He was dead... 

"Surprised darling?" You could hear the smirk in his tone. "I thought you would be happy to see me?" He said faking the sadness in his voice.

"I t-thought y-you were... D-dead." I shuddered.

Our fire was starting to die and it was becoming harder to see as the darkness creeped  up on us like a black sheet and the sounds of people moving through the grass got faster, louder... closer.
