Coming Full Circle

The only time Fairy Tail could be compared to now, was the time in which Lucy had been lost to them. That day when she had been brought back, in the arms of Natsu.. Gone.
The sky mimicked the feelings of those who made their residence in the heart of Magnolia, a town that was usually a center of happiness and joy. Dark clouds covered a deep gray sky, thunder rolled along the horizon and rain threatened to spill.
Those citizens of the town passing by the silent vigil of the Fairy Tail Guild Hall looked upon it with sadness, all of them knew what this felt like... Fairy Tail had lost someone again, and they all felt that sadness grow in their hearts as well. Those onlookers quickly moved off toward the homes, knowing it best to leave the grieving Guild alone.
What misfortune Fairy Tail seemed to have of late... From the death of the young blonde Lucy, to yet another death that seemed to have an even more profound effect than the first. They had managed to pry themselves free of their grief after a very long time, after Lucy... But would they be able to do so now?
To many it seemed as if some harbinger of misfortune must have looked upon that Guild and decided that happiness should be hard to come by. That they shouldn't be allowed to be happy, as if it was a sin...
The inside of the Guild was silent, the lights dim and everyone still... They hardly seemed to breath as they stood in collected thought, all lost in their own wallowing... All of them trying to understand... That by some unknown force... The day that Lucy had been killed, was the day in which Alumina had been as well. That there had been some connection between the two, and that Lucy had been allowed to live on within Alumina...
That the man who had caused all of this had been deranged, that he had killed them both... That he had caused so much pain... That Alumina... Was dead... And that she gave her own body up through sheer selflessness... Just so that Lucy may be returned to Fairy Tail...
