The house roared with neighbors and families talking about the upcoming Earth games. Since I brought the news I got to pick my team first.
Fire and Water seemed to take the title every year. I hoped to win but, I didnt want to choose my destiny.
"C'mon Juliana choose!" Neighbors would say.
They all stopped talking and looked at me.
"I'm uh...going to take a breather." I said stepping out the door.
I ran, practically sprinted to the forest. Once there I casually plopped by a pond. I held my hands up forming a water bubble. Sizzling away it became a single flame. Once again I did the same thing causing the forest to shake with the overwhelming gusts of wind. Then I made flowers.
"If I could keep this up, I can win." I said
Just in that moment Dustin came around the corner.
