Apparently Fred and George had won the bet with Ludo Bagman, they bet that Krum would catch the snitch, but the Irish would win, and that's what happened. When we got back to the tent everyone was super excited. We all celebrated, even Hermione. Which is saying something, considering she isn't  very fond of quidditch. Ron is going on about how Krum is "so great".

"It's Krum," says Ron.

"Krum?" Fred and George say in strange voices.

"Hs broom catches the wind better than any other, he glides through the air like an eagle. He's more than an athlete, he's an artist," says Ron.

"I think you're in love, Ron," says Ginny. That's when we all break out into a slow love song:

"Viktor I love you!"

"Viktor I do!"

"When we're apart my heart beats only for you," we all sing in loud, out of ptch voices.

"Shut up," Ron tells us. We all laugh. Mr. Weasley is lighting a lamp when we hear a large explosion.

"Is that the Irish?" I ask. Mr. Weasley takes a look outside of the tent then hustles back in with a terrified expression on his face.

"That's not the Irish, come on out of the tent, quickly. Fred, George, Ginny is your responsibility, come on now go!" He shouts a us over the loud chaos. I loose Fred and George in the crowd. But then I spot Harry, but Ron and Hermione aren't with him. Strange. I run after him anyways. Someone bumps into me and I fall down on the ground. I try to get up, but I continue to get trampled. I feel no use in trying anymore so I just lay down and close my eyes.

I wake up with Harry standing over me.

"Mari, are you alright?" he asks me.

"I'm fine," I say as I stand up. I look around at the scene. The campsite are in ruins, some things are on fire. I look around for Hermione. "What happened? Where's Hermione?"

"I...I don't know Mari.."

"HARRY JAMES POTTER WHERE THE BLOODY HELL IS MY SISTER?" I shout at him tears in my eyes.

"Mari!" I hear a voice shout from a distance. I turn to see two people. They walk closer. It's Ron and Hermione. I run over into Hermione's arms.

"I thought you were..." I say to her.

"I know, I know, but I'm here, I'm okay, what about you?" she says to me. I wipe my tears away and nod.

"I'm fine," I tell her.

"Good," she says to me. We brake away from each other to go consult with Harry and Ron.

"Where are the others?" I ask them. I look around and see nothing but a giant green skull with a snake through it's mouth in the sky. The dark mark.

"What's that?" asks Harry. Again, so ignorant. He doesn't know the guy who killed his parents' trademark? Now that's just sad.

"Stupefy," say several voices we duck as several blue lights from wands shoot towards us.

"Stop, that's my son!" exclaims a voice that sounds vaguely like Mr. Weasley. He pushes through the circle of ministry wizards who attempted to stun us.

"You have been discovered at the scene of the crime!" says Barty Crouch.

"Crime, what crime?" asks Harry.

"It's the dark mark, Harry it's his mark," says Hermione.

"They're just kids, Barty," says Mr. Weasley.

"There was a man," said Harry. "There," he said pointing in the direction where I had been laying when I woke up.

"Everyone, this way!" said Crouch leading the ministry officials in the direction Harry had pointed them. I crossed my arms and turned to Mr. Weasley.

"So, what happened?" I ask him.

"Death eaters," says a voice from behind me. Bill Weasley.

"His followers?" asks Harry. Bill nods.

"Some fled when the dark mark was cast in the sky, most likely because they thought it was you-know-who," says Bill.

"Why would they be scared if they were attacking and their master had returned?" I asked him.

"Probably because you-know-who didn't order the attack, plus many of them had lost faith that he was still out there," he replies. I nod in agreement.

"So what do we do now, how are we going to get home?" asks Ginny.

"Well there's only one thing we can do, Apparate," replies Mr. Weasley.

"What? The only people here who know how to apparate are you, Charlie, Percy, and Bill," I say to him.

"Exactly, Bill, you take Harry and Ron, Charlie, you take the twins, Percy, you take Hermione and Mari, and I'll take Ginny," He says.

"Take us? What are you talking about?" I ask him. No reply, all I know is Percy grabbed both me and Hermione's arm then I felt like I was being squeezed through a tight pipe. The next thing I know, I'm standing in front of the Burrow, gaping for air. Hermione is doing the same. "Did we just apparate?" I ask Percy.

"Yes- well no. Technically I apparated and you were just along for the ride," he says to me.

"Well for the record, apparating sucks," I say to him.

"You're just lucky you didn't get splinched," he tells me.

"Splinched?"

"It's when you leave a body part being after apparating," he replies.

"That sounds awful!" says Hermione. Percy nods, then heads inside. Hermione and I follow. We walk in to see Mrs. Weasley hugging the others so tightly they're struggling to breathe. Especially Harry and Ginny. She makes her way over to Hermione and I. We both hold our breath, ready to have the life squeezed out of us.

"Mari, Hermione, I'm so glad you two are alright!" she says as she nearly hugs us to death.

"We're glad that we're alright as well, Mrs. Weasley," I say to her. She finally lets us go. We are all extremely tired, considering that it's three o clock  in the morning. Apparently, Mrs. Weasley has taken notice of this, because she beckons all of us to go upstairs and get some rest. Even Mr. Weasley settles down on the couch and drifts off into a deep sleep. I follow Hermione upstairs to Ginny's room. That's where we usually sleep when we come here. Luckily, Mrs. Weasley has already set up two extra beds so we don't he to sleep on the floor. I plop onto my bed, not having the energy to change into some other clothes. I curl up in my blankets, then before I know it, I'm drifting off to sleep.
