Stefan took his time making this new song. He had no idea how long he had been working on it in his apartment his fingers bringing the melody to life and his lips seemed to know the song before he even realized he was just creating it. He wrote it down and recorded what he was doing on his equipment.

Tweaking the sound a bit and figuring out that it was more of a hard rock/pop song he was finally feeling better and he stopped and set the guitar down and looked over to his phone that was in the middle of ringing.

He hadnt noticed it before. He just stared at it for a second. Sighing he peeked at the caller ID. He saw Lola's name and almost ignored it but he knew she was just checking in on him and probably felt guilty.

Picking it up just in time he grunted. "I'm still alive Lo. You can stop checking up on me."

"You need to turn on the tv or look up Brick and Cody giving an interview and you need to do it now." Lola said patiently over the phone.

"What? Why what happened Lola?" Stefan went over to his laptop and looked it up it was the first hit.

"Just watch it first!" Lola said exasperatingly.

Stefan frowned at the computer and then clicked the link then clicked the little video box. The video went larger and took up the whole screen and suddenly he saw Brick and Cody standing at a well known news station. They looked very professional and calm.
