Derek's POV
The team was heading to a penthouse in the city. We had come up on a case where we were clueless. Teenagers were popping up dead; others were going on suicide missions. One kid shot up a diner, another blew himself and his car up in the middle of an intersection. The only thing connecting them was a tattoo they all had. (Tattoo in external link. Tattoo is on her lower back) Apparently, Garcia found a pic of this girl and recognized the tattoo so we are going to question her about it.
*They are at her door*
We knocked on her door and no one answered. JJ tried the handle and it was unlocked. We drew our guns and went in. We had just made it to the living room when this girl came around the corner. She had her headphones in and she didn't even notice us. She turned her back to us. I was getting ready to say something to her when she spun around with a gun in her hand. We all got tense. She started walking towards a hallway.
"Put the gun down, we don't want to hurt you."

"We are the FBI. Put down your weapon." She just stood there. Like a statue. Hotch cocked his gun and aimed
