My eternal pain

                        This place...

                                          looks so familiar....

"Quickly children! you must get to the train before hunters find you!" yelled a lady as she ran by me. she was in weird checkered clothing.

There was smoke in the air. I could barely see my feet. The world around me was made up of fire . The sun didn't shine through the thick clouds of ash. Where have i seen this before? Wait...I remember now.. this is my home.. that lady must've been Nana. she took care of the children of Nagora, my village.

"Nana! wait for me!" yelled a little girl

She had long black hair wearing a red shirt with a checkered coat and pants. Her face was wet with tears. From what i can tell it was from fear and saddness. i'm sure anyone in this situation would react the sameway.

" Ramona! ," Nana said picking her up,' we must hurry child."

" Wait a minute. That's me ."

It's all clear to me now. This was the day king William's hunters were sent to eliminate us and the day i was seperated by my parents.. Willow , the elder of our village, told Nana to take all the kids to the train leaving to America.. so they won't have to go through all this madness. Sadly, many kids were left behind.. and murdered.

'I wonder if i can find out what happened to my parents..' i said to myself

I walked down the path to my village. on the way, while i was looking around, my memories here were being played out.one of the memories were of me playing in the forest or just taking a walk with Nana.but it wasn't really there. all i really saw was my childhood fading away..

when i arrived at the village, all i saw were burnt bodies of my people. Some i knew well and was very close to.Others were people i've never met but saw walking around. i felt my heart sank when i saw Willow's body. she was stabbed in the chest multiple times and stripped of her clothes as a sign of disrespected... seeing her like this hurt the most, she was like a sister to me. Always so supportive and shared many stories.

" Why.. why did this have to happen!  what did we do to deserve this!" i screammed to the top of my lungs.

i couldn't help but cry.. call me a cowered.. or how do you call it? "cry baby"? I lost everything. my home, my childhood memories, and.. my family.

" Excuse me.."

" W-who's there?! "

i looked around , but there was no one in sight.

" Ramona??"

" yes?"

why can't i talk ?!

" Hello?!"

My village crumbled around me.  i tried running but was stuck in the dirt. the world around me broke like it was made of glass, and i fell in to a pool of darkness.
