Is Not My Fault After All

Chapter 4

-Luke-
I was chuckling at Becca because she was looking around, amazed. I was so happy because all the kids of the pack were around Becca, playing with her and hugging her. One of my pack's elder's came up to me and told me that he was happy that I got my mate. That was really sweet, nobody cared that Becca was a rouge, which I am happy about.

-Becca-
It has been 2 months since I arrived here at the Red-blood pack. Luke and I were in the living room cuddling and watching a movie. When suddenly Luke got up fast and really worried. I looked at him and asked, "What is wrong Luke" Luke looked at me and said,"There are hunters in the territory, one of our pack member got shot." I got up and started to think if the hunters that are here are the ones that took my brother away. I was pacing around the living room worries and thinking,"What if they finally found me ?" Luke noticed my worries look and walked up to me and grabbed a hold of one of my hands and the other hand went up to my face and caressed the side of my face, telling me not to worry and that he was going to protect me. I looked at Luke and said,"I don't want you to get hurt because of me." Luke said to me,"Don't you worry about me, baby. I just want to protect you and hold you in my arms and love you." I looked down, blushing about the sweet words Luke is always saying to me.

-Luke-
I smiled when I saw Becca blush. I was just about to hug her when Jason ran in and started to tell me that they need me because there were more hunters than they thought. I looked at Becca worried and told Jason to stay here with Becca. Becca looked at me with tears in her eyes. I hugged her and said,"Don't worry, baby, I will be right back." Becca looked at me and said,"ok". I looked at Jason and said,"Protect her please". Jason said,"Yes, I will, alpha". I walked outside and changed into my wolf form. I started to run to the plaza, where the attack was. Once I got there, I saw that there was about 25 to 30 hunters in the plaza. I ran to the front of the line where I saw, what it looks to be, the world best hunter, Adam Carter. I growled when I recognized him. Adam looked at me he started to laugh. He walked near me and said," You got someone that I want and that I have been searching for four years, and now I finally found her". He said," Where is she?Now". I growled because I knew he was talking about Becca.

-Becca-
I watched with fear as Luke runs out of the house and into danger. Jason walked up to me and watched with me as Luke disappear from our sight. I sighed and closed the door. I turned towards Jason and said,"I am going to my room for a bit". Jason said,"ok". Once I was in my room, I kept hearing noises near my window and looked down. I gasped and quickly ran out of my room towards Jason. "Jason!, I yelled, they are climbing up to my room". Jason was looking at me with a smirk. I screamed Luke's name just as Jason lunged at me and knocked me out.
