Is Not My Fault After All

Chapter 2

-Becca-
My mouth almost dropped to the floor when I saw how big the pack house was. Once we walked inside, I stopped right in my tracks and closed my eyes in pleasure once I smelled that wonderful scent of maple and forest Jason pushed me forward. What he didn't know was that he was taking me towards the direction of that wonderful smell. My wolf started to get excited knowing that our mate was close. I couldn't help and get excited too. We stop in front of a door. Jason knocked and an amazing voice said "come in". Once we walked into the room, I got shocked when I was pinned to the wall with someone growling "mine" in my ear. I looked at the person and I almost drooled. He is one heck of a guy!

-LUKE-
I am on the phone with my parents they are in England visiting my sister and her mate. Jason, my beta, mind-linked me and told me that they were on there way here with a rogue they had found. I told my parents that I had to go because I had to do some stuff. Right when I hang up ,I smelled this amazing smell of apple and cinnamon. I had to contain my wolf and myself because I needed to deal with the rogue first. There was a knocked on the door. I said "come in". When the door open I got to my feet and pinned the person to the wall and started to growl "Mine". I looked down and saw the most amazing honey-colored eyes looking at me. My beta Jason said "Alpha, that is the rogue I was telling you about. I turned to Jason and told him,"can you leave us alone? I will take care of this ". Once I saw Jason leave, I took my mates hand and lead her to the chair for her to sit. I looked at my mate and said,"my name is Lucas but you can call me luke, I am the alpha of the red-blood pack. May I ask why were you on my territory, which I don't mind, but I have to ask you". My mate looked at me and said,"Hello my name is Rebecca, but you can call me Becca and as I was telling your beta I was just passing by. I haven't eaten anything for the past four days and I saw the river and I just went to drink a little bit of water, but I guess I got really tired and I just felt asleep. I am sorry." My heart broke when I saw my mate looking down and say that she was sorry.
