Spencer's pov--

We went over to my moms becuase this was scary. Poor Colby.

"Spencer?! " my mom hugged me then spotted Colby.

"Whos this cutie?" She tickled him.

"This is Emily's oldest child. And he's been abused. I need you help." I said in a rush.

"Tell the police." She said with a sad look on her face. Then I ran out. We headed to the police station.

"Hello Mrs. And Mr. Cavanaugh.. I never thought you had a older child then Jackson."

"We dont this is Emily and John McCain oldest child. Hes been abused. We need your help!" Toby and I said.

"Oh. Ok we'll get help. Just set him down over there. Officer Duncan will take him for observation. " he pointed to a small kiddy room.

"Ok." I walked to the small room and put Colby down.

"Mommy? Stay mommy." Colby tucked on my feet.

"I love you colby but I havt to leave you here for a while. Ill be back." I kissed him in the head. Then I put Jackson in a crib that was in the room. It was a dare care for people who needed it at the police station.

Now was our talk to the head policemen.

"So Emily and John McCain have abused their son?" Me and toby nod.

"Ok We'll start an investigation." Me and toby nod.

"Most likely it will end in 2 weeks with a new family. Do they have anymore children?"

"Yes Destiny. But They love her."

"Ok then." The officer look through the files.
We went out of the room and saw Emily. She was in the dare care center. She was looking at colby. I walked in.

"Hey em. Whats wronge?" I felt bad. She was crying.

"Spence. Its not me who did that. Its.... its.... John. Hes so mean! He doesnt really love me or the kids. Im a bad mother. I got something to tell you. But not here. Maybe later. " after she said that I hugged her.

"Its ok. I believe you. Your not a bad mom." I said.
