Emily said to meet with her at the park.
"Spencer im.. im.." Emily looked down.
"Are you prego?" I suddenly said.
"No! Im lesbian. Can I tell the whole story?" I shook my head yes.
"Well. One night I went to a bar and got drunk and met John. And I brought him to my house. Well the next morning. He gave me his number. So 3 months later I called him to tell him that I was having Colby. So he rushed to see me and asked me to marry him. I said yes. So after we had him, he was seeing other people. And not come home for weeks. Finally I got in the Army and he had to watch Colby. When I got back we had Destiny. But he's always abused me and Colby. He terrible. I just want help. And colby brings bad memorys. Im not fit for Colby. He loves you and toby and Jackson. And when I saw him the other night he didnt call me mommy. He thinks of you mommy. Im having a devorce. And only Destiny is coming with me. You are adopting Colby. I dont care if you want to or not." Emily finished while she cryed.
"Ok. Ill do it. I will adopt him and ill also be your laywer." I hugged her.
"Thank you." She hugged back.
Then we went to my place. Colby was there becuase Toby picked him up today. But when we got there the light were of. We walked in and we saw John with a gun.
