Y/N POV

You popped the last fry in your mouth, trying to get through the night without a melt down.

You realized Johnson's hand rubbing your thigh in reassurance. He was busy talking with Gilinsky, leaving Madison and you in silence.

"So, Y/N" her voice make your eyes want to roll.

"That's my name" you looked at her with a fake smile.

She nervously giggled. She quickly glanced at the Jacks.

"We are two lucky girls aren't we?" She smiled looked at G. Not in lust but in love. You were taken aback

You looked at the love of your life, you smiled as well.

She's right.

"We sure are, but they talk too much" you laughed

"I know right? It's like they never stop" Madison giggled

Maybe I should give her one chance.

"Hey, do you want to hang out after this? Like a sleepover or a girls day out?" You asked unsure if you were making the biggest mistake of your life.

"Yes!" Her loud voice caused our dates to stop talking.

"Damn Madison calm down." G said laughing.

"I can't calm down babe! Y/N, aka my new best friend, and I are going out for a girls day" she did a little dance making you giggle.

"Only if you give me the rest of your fries" you said half jokingly.

She handed her fries over to you
Damn that's a big gesture!

"Deal"  the whole table laughed and then night went by smoothly.

"Ok so here's my phone number, call me whenever you want to chill ok?" You put in your number and she did the same.

"Actually does tomorrow sound good? I'm not going to be doing anything " she said as G helped her put on her jacket.

"That's perfect, see you then" you hugged her and waved as both of them left the restaurant.

You felt two hands wrap around your waist and a head nuzzle in your neck.

"I'm proud of you baby girl" Hacks voice sent chills down your body as it always did.

"I know, I'm proud of me too" you turned to face him.

"Madison isn't as bad as I thought"
She really wasn't. Social media really has a way to make you think things that aren't true.

Jack placed a gentle kiss on your lips and whispered in your ear .

"When we get home, let's just say you're going to be greatly rewarded" you could feel his grin as he pulled away and went to fetch the car.

You smiled like an idiot. I should be nice more often
