Jane's POV
I woke up with Hayes not by my side. I woke up and immediately went to the bathroom to get rid of this morning breath I always have in the morning. I brush my teeth and go to the kitchen. Nobody's there. Maybe upstairs? I go upstairs and find Hayes playing Xbox. When will boys stop playing this my lord? Oh I know! NEVER. "Good morning." I said. "Oh my god you fucking idiot you're suppose to pass it to me and then I'll shoot." Hayes said. "Hayes." I said. "What." He said sounding annoyed. "Would you at least pay attention to me?" I said still being ignored. "I'm leaving bye." I said. "No baby don't leave." Hayes said. I was kidding I wasn't going to actually leave I had a plan in my head. I went downstairs and opened the door and closed it. I hid in the guest bathroom as quick as I could. I felt Hayes' voice saying 'I'll be back later peace bro.'. I had my phone with me just in case. I then got a text. And it made the noise. I read the text from my lockscreen 'Babe I'm sorry come back.' "Jane I know you're here." He said. "Just come out." He added. I gave up and came out of the guest bathroom.
"I'm sorry." He said. "It's okay but I'm gonna get going." I said. "Back to where Sammy is?" Hayes asked. "Well it's my house." I said. "K fine." Hayes said. I grabbed my keys and pecked Hayes' lips before saying "I love you". I was still in Hayes' clothes but I'll return it some other day. And by some other day I mean never.

I got to my house and went in quietly. I went up the stairs quietly too. As I was about to open my door room I hear my name, "Jane!". Sammy. I started backing away. "What do you want?" I asked. "I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that it's just that we we pretended to date it felt so real and I don't know I started getting feelings for you but I never said anything. I'm sorry if we can't date I fully understand that but can we just like forget about and start over so that it won't be awkward?" He asked. I have to admit. Sammy was pretty attractive. His white hair matches perfectly with his skin tone and his sparkly eyes. But, if you don't know Sammy personally he legitimately looks like a fuckboy. That's not the reason though. I just don't like Sammy as the way he likes me. "I'd like that." I said smiling. "Well then, Hi my names Samuel but you can call me Sam or Sammy." He said. "Hi Sam, my names Jane." I said. We both shaked hands. "Aye would ya look at that you're my new bestfriend!" He said. I literally started laughing. I went up to Sammy and hugged him. "I'm gonna go change I'll be back." I alas going up the stairs.
Sam's POV
I like Jane a lot, but she's dating Hayes and I can't do anything about it. I'm fine with her being my best friend. I've known since the first day of college and ever since we were best friends. She had a great sense of humor and is funny and outgoing. She wasn't like other girls that are complete sluts and are so coquettish. Jane is just....perfect. Summer was going by fast. We almost by the end of July. Which means that it's close to August. On August 1st, school starts and that means Hayes and Jane go their separate ways and will most probably break up. We'll just have to find out and wait.
